I called late in the afternoon on Monday and the technician was out late Tuesday morning. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the dryer leaving the area clean and everything nicely reinstalled. I am very pleased and would definitely use them again.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE PRETTY EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE PROMPT. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDNT SPEND ENOUGH TIME ON IT. THEY WERE TOO QUICK. THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX THE SAME THING, BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

THEY CAME AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF FIXING IT. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY COULD CHARGE ME AS MUCH AS THEY WANTED. THE PRICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.
