They were going to come the day I called but they had an emergency. Then, they were going to come out first thing the next day but they had another emergency. He made it out later that day. I have another toilet so it wasn't a big deal. It took him less than ten minutes to unclog it but it still cost me around $200. He couldn't identify the source of the clog without doing some major stuff that was super expensive. I opted not to since I'm renting but still have issues with that toilet. He was very nice but I had to get him my own bucket to use. I thought he should have had that with him.

Ron is FANTASTIC! I would never hire anyone else - he is so professional. An expert in his field and one of the friendliest people you could ever meet. Everything he has worked on for us had been perfect!

He responds, he calls back. He always picks up his phone and comes within 24 hours. He may be a little higher, but he's worth it! He is awesome!

Came home late Monday night to find water streaming out of the top of the water heater- luckily located in the garage and running outside down the driveway.
Turned off supply best I could, but that meant no hot water. Early Tuesday searched Angies List for plumbers (I sorted by distance) and Ron's Plumbing came up first, only about a mile away and with a lot of positive reviews. I called, Ron answered, I explained the situation and he said he'd drive over to assess.
He was here within the hour, explained what was wrong, what was needed, drained the tank while he left to make an emergency call.
I had appointments so I just gave Ron access to the garage as needed.
When I got home around 2, Ron and his assistant were just finishing up.
A new heater was professionally installed, and Ron also took the initiative to reconfigure some of the lines running in the closet to make for easier access should future work be needed.
They took away the old heater and all the packaging, swept up, etc.
I was very pleased to have found such quality service so quickly, and highly recommend Ron for plumbing work.

He was working nearby and came over soon after we called. He was friendly and got the job done quickly and effienctly. We will keep his card and most definitely use him again in the future should the need arise. Thank you Ron!

I was pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of Ron and his associate. The issue was taken care of properly. I got enough advance notice to drive home from work to get the job done. I will hire Ron again.

In 10 minutes fixed/replaced leaky valve in shower that another company told us could only be fixed with an expensive new part requiring disassembly of the entire shower apparatus. Came out the same day. Competent and professional service.

The day I called, master plumber and his assistant came over, and finished the job. Although I was concerned to tub itself, he suggested that tub had some more years life span and repaired drainage system. I liked the way they performed excellent professional work, explaining important steps to me.

At my first call, he was not able to accommodate me timewise. The next day he called saying he had some time free up so we made arrangements to come right over. He not only fixed the faucet, but installed a new garbage disposal which I needed and replaced a toilet flange and an outdoor tap, all within two hours. | |Ron was very professional, did a great job and worked very quickly. I would have no hesitation in utilizing his services again.

He's been excellent. He's trustworthy and has a good price. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

baaRon's ripped out large sections of drywall to remove problem pipe without much thought about alternatives. ie. after capping off the problem pipe, a replacement pipe could have been dropped down to basement level and tied into drain with minimal wall damage.

We had an old fixture for which there are few makers. Ron suggested a fixture set and installed it in our master bathroom. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work. He was able to do everything (including some soldering) in about an hour. His price seemed somewhat expensive, but that might be because we don't often have plumbing work done and don't know what the going rates are. We'd definitely hire him again.

He went out of his way to find the kind we wanted. He was very helpful and he did not take long to do the work. We will use him again.

I was very satisfied. It took only 3 days between ordering the toilet and having in installed. The toilet brand is highly rated. Ron did a good job matching the color and installing the fixture. He worked quickly, was on time and overall, a very nice. I highly recommend him. He is a master plumber and it's obvious that he knows what he is doing. His assistant was equally pleasant and professional. He can usually respond quickly for an emergency, but for less urgent situations, you might have to wait, but, still not very long. I was preparing a house to sell, so I was in a bit of a hurry to get the house in tip topshape and on the market. Ron was very accommodating!

I was referred to Ron by Advance Plumbing. I called to see how soon he could install a toilet and he was out within a couple hours. Very kind and professional. I would use him again for plumbing needs.
