The repairman was on time, always a plus. Don't want to forget that R&S is able to give you an appointment time window of ONE hour. Every other place expects you to be available for 4 hour arrival time windows, on top of the actual repair. R&S values their customers' time, which was a pleasant surprise. Work completed and charges were exactly what the person quoted. No up charges for "bringing things up to code" like other plumbers. R&S obviously figured out that most installs will requires some changes for code compliance and builds it into their quotes. Bravo! R&S should give their competitors lessons in quoting.
One tiny little problem with a missed return call - probably due to being over booked with work on the holiday weekend. In case anyone is wondering, I do not know the owners or any employees. I just had a positive experience that was worth sharing, which, as most of us know, is extremely unusual.
