4 years after roof replacement, two significant leaks developed under snow load or heavy rain. Began calling Rick Graham in December 2013. I had held out $500 from the original replacement as I was very unhappy about the flashing detail on one side of the roof and predicted it would leak. I said I would pay the final $500 the day it was fixed. They promised to return and repair and never did. Of course, that is now the source of one of the leaks. When I called about the 10-year warranty, Mr. Graham was very aggressive that I still owed him $500 from the original roof replacement. I explained the reason, then offered a check for half of it, $250, then when the roof was repaired, the other half. I thought that was more than fair considering I had waited 4 years, and the very problem I had cited had indeed led to a roof leak. Mr. Graham came right away for the check as he lives not far from me. He promised to have a crew come over as soon as they had a non-snow day. Those promises continued despite repeated calls to his office. 13 months later, with a big blue tarp over our foyer and 4 pans collecting dripping water, my AAA Insurance rep advised me to just file a claim and let the insurance company go after R Graham Construction through subrogation. Of course, now the problem is much bigger. There are large stains on the drywall and the wall must be opened up to inspect the insulation. Wet drywall and wet insulation can lead to black mold which can be a very serious health threat. I have submitted many positive reviews to Angie's List and in all my years as a member, this if the first negative review I have submitted. Mr. Graham clearly dropped the ball here and does not deserve your trust or business.
