The staff know the products and can tailor your purchase to your budget and room. Their installation and delivery staff are very helpful and customer friendly. I like dealing with a local business vs the big box stores because of the service dimension. I plan to make future purchases with them and refer people to them all the time.

Paulson's is an excellent store for getting knowledgeable advice, good (but not great) prices and service. They are a great local company which you can trust and will provide great service during and after sales.
The spent 2 days with 1 day to pre-wire the home theater and another day to install the speakers/equipment. I had another person finish the room. I ended up painting to save some money.
Paulson's offered several great solutions to issues I had in speaker placement.
Later they came out to calibrate the system so it sounds and looks perfect.
