I was extremely pleased with Mr. Jay, his service provider and their assistant.and the service they performed. From the beginning when I contacted NGU and Mr. Jay responded within an hour to the completion of the installations it was all positive. They were efficient and left the area clean. Also, there was a high school man acting as an apprentice who did very well. It was very nice to see that this company is providing opportunities for the coming generation. I would and have, highly recommended NGU.

I used this company twice previously for sewer drain cleaning. Each time the drain did not back up for one year. I used them last month and the sewer continued to back after two weeks. They did use a new machine and a new employee. They have not responded to numerous phone calls and a text. I think it's strange that they would lose a customer rather than return and do the job correctly!

"Sorry about your experience with the snaking, I am the owner of the company I looked up your invoice and it looks as if you have a damaged line so your sewer line will continue to back up until you get it replaced, even once a year getting it snaked out is not good at all because eventually it’s going to collapse on you, as a lot of times customers are calling my technicians instead of calling the office, we have never had a problem with returning or giving you a better solution to your problem, next time instead of calling the technician call the office and ask for the owner we start working at 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday (Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm) Sunday varies depending on the emergency call."

"We apologize about your experience with us, on our behalf when we talk to you over the phone about your piping throughout your condo the information you provided us was inaccurate, your pipes on your main is PEX material not copper but you was right about copper in your home just not your water meter, therefore we had to change materials also the pump you purchased was defective and was leaking which we had to uninstall pump drove 45 mind across town to replace pump and reinstall it at no additional charge, we also as a complementary, installed your shower hand sprayer at no charge, so we try our best to satisfy all of our customers again sorry about your experience with us."

Jay and Team did a great and very thorough job. NGU was prompt arrived at the desired time. They evaluated the issue and made suggestions for repair at a fair price. I definitely will be using their services in the future. Definitely will be recommending!

The tub was rusted by the drain. We wanted to find the leak and thought it was correct to replace the drain. They matched the brushed satin color and tried to find a larger part that would cover the rust to look nicer. A larger part was not to be found so a lot of caulking was done. No leaks as of install. Nice, respectful and cleaned up after. I will hire them again when we replace the tub.

Yes he(Anthony) did a great job. Everything was cleaned afterwards. As the project went on more things were found that were broken that needed to be fixed prior to fixing what I asked them to fix. Extra time was taken to get the appropriate parts to fix it correctly. My only thing I fault them for is not really saying how much the project would cost at the before starting. It was my fault for not asking but I already spent all week waiting to get the project done. I understand that that unforseen things can cause a delay and Anthony did stay until the job was completed and called with time to expect to be starting. The project just cost a whole lot more than what I expected.

Jay Brown was here on 07/21/23 to replace my 70 year old copper nat gas line from my 19 year old dryer & put in a new gas shut off valve. He did a masterful job of connecting new black pipe from where it splits to the meter on the right to the hot water heater on the left. I watched how proficient he is by cutting pipes & connecting them around 15 ft width & then around a shorter pipe which then connects to the yellow multiple sized plug for any type of dryer you get. I must say that the job looks perfect doesn’t leak & it was fairly priced. I would highly recommend him to do this job because it is dealing w/ combustible nat gas & since he has done many of these over the years he knows how to do it correctly & safely. Now that my nat gas line is up to code, all I have to do is wait till my new dryer arrives soon so it will be installed. I would highly recommend Jay Brown for his professionalism & his willingness to answer any ?’s you have. I now have a plumber I can count on!

He was the only one who responded to my Angi list quote request and I think there was 10 people on that list. His pricing was good. He was prompt with the “request. Scheduled an appointment for the same day at 6:30 PM. He showed up on time completed the job within a half hour. Was very professional. I have a few other jobs that I could use him for.
