Mutual Property Management was our property managers while we were renting our home from 2015 thru 2018. We had no major problems while we were renting from them so we decided to use their Real Estate services. My experience was with Nick Heppard the Real Estate Agent and Mark Heppard the Property Manager. Dealing with this company was extremely stressful. Nick the Real Estate Agent didn’t appear to be knowledgeable and had to call his brother Mark before EVERY move he made, while Mark, the Manager attempt to bully us into accepting his high mortgage rate plans. When we finally found our home and we refused to go along with his brother Mark’s high mortgage rates, that’s when all **** broke lose! Nick Heppard (the Real Estate brother) tried to delay and sabotage the whole buying process while his brother Mark Heppard tried to illegally evict us from our rental home! We had to threaten to get an Attorney in order to get the process going again and even then Nick’s real estate professionalism was extremely poor, he neglected as our agent to inform us on many key elements of the buying process that was important for us to know. We finally closed on our house at the end of 2018. What should have been a joyous time was marred by Mutual Property Management refusing to pay our $3,750 Rental Deposit. We ended up spending another 6 months in 2019 in court fighting for our Deposit and finally settling for a little more than half! I can honestly say, my experience with Mutual Property Management was a total “Nightmare!” Mutual Property gets a ZERO rating from me for their lack of professionalism, knowledge and the unnecessary stress they caused me and my family!

Not well. The apartment was not ready when they said it would be and I had movers coming that morning. The person hadn’t even moved out yet. Maybe this was something you should have known in the previous days and could have let me know? It was absolutely filthy when we moved in. There was a bug infestation. We complained and 2 weeks later they offered to have someone come clean. You think we lived in that mess for 2 weeks? Everything was okay if we didn’t contact them for anything. The emergency maintenance number they gave us was a wrong number. We were forced to stay there for much longer than we wished while we looked to purchase a home. Around Thanksgiving of ‘14 the roof started leaking onto our bed and faces. It took until after new years before anybody could even be bothered to come and fix it properly. The leak was eventually fixed only because we had climbed into the attic and photographed during a rainstorm. We informed the management about the heavy ceiling and drywall damage multiple times and nobody could even bother to come look at it. When we gave our notice of moving in July/Aug of 15 Nick said he wanted to come take photos to list the property. I told him I didn’t know if he would want to due to the heavy damage that still was not fixed. He insisted anyways, came over and quickly realized that he couldn’t even hide that destruction for his photos. I am very happy and relieved we never have to deal with them again. If I were a property owner, I would be super upset with how they “maintained” my investment. Slumlords.

Procedure was very smooth. I was referred by a friend and my husband.

The lease agreement and management contract were all taken care of in a timely manner and up to my expectations.

My monthly rental payments are promised on 12th of every month, which i feel is very fair, considering the tenant has time till 5th to pay the same.

Overall, i am very satisfied with the service provided so far.
