More often than not, when I heard a noise, they would explain to me what they thought it was, then tell me I was fine until the next oil change, or something along those lines. I cannot tell you how many times I went there, expecting the worst, but being told my problem was an easy fix. I am sure many other places would have gouged me for every penny possible.

We go there routinely for oil changes or any repairs. We have been using them for at least 20 years. I have never felt that they've taken advantage of my ignorance. I believe them if they tell me something is going on. They also give me timeline if any of the parts of my car is about to fail.
