M & M SEPTIC TANK INC

They made an appointment  within a day or two of my  phone call.  They were right on time, got the job done quickly and answered all our questions about septic tanks and fields.  A few days after, we received a check for $10, as I had mistakenly written the check for $230.    That type of honesty really impressed me.  We would definitely recommend M&M, and will use them again.

Steve and his team at M&M Septic did an AMAZING job with what seemed to be a major house nightmare! ABOVE AND BEYOND does not even begin to describe all the work they took on to take care of me. The county had forced us into a complete overhaul/re-design of our septic system, and we were referred to M&M through our realtor. M&M was upfront from the start that this was a huge undertaking. We were just moving in from another state, and starting new jobs at this time, so we had absolutely no time to try to work details out on our own.
Steve held our hands though the entire process. He handled all contact with the county, with the engineers, and he even handled from start to finish our electrical/driveway/landscaping repairs (that obviously result from digging up your entire lawn) without me really having to lift a finger. On several occasions, he offered us cost-saving options with these issues. And believe it or not, he even offered to "lend" us one of his crew to assist with the landscaping we would be doing. 
Less than 2 months later, you cannot even tell we had work done on the house! Thank you so much Steve, Gary, and everyone at M&M who all helped make our lives just a bit easier during this crazy time!  These guys absolutely put the customer first in every aspect and set the bar for what a contractor of any type should be.

They are very good. They are very knowledgeable and honest. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. They are very easy to work with.

This was a big and disruptive undertaking, but M & M worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation.  They made a stressful project go very smoothly and easily.
