They did a repair for me, but it wasn't what I expected. I tried to get a hold of them, but they haven't returned my calls. It's not a huge deal, but I need to get back in touch with them

There was a slight delay before they started the work, but once they started, they were here every day until they finished the work. We went to the Home Depot and bought the materials and if they required any other materials, they got it during that time period. They also provided itemized receipts for me. They were very professional and tried to make everything right if there was an issue. They were very courteous and cleaned up every day. I had a pleasant experience with them.

THEY ARE RELIABLE & COMPETENT. EVERYONE THAT THEY SEND OUT HAS AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE FUN TO TALK WITH. THEY HAVE GOOD SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM LONG TO DO THE WORK. THEY CLEANED UP REALLY WELL WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
