Description of Work: Had 3 bedrooms, hall, living and dining rooms painted. Also ceiling crack repaired.

Description of Work: Power washed pavers then filled and sealed.

Description of Work: Farr's was hired to remove 10 rolls of wallpaper in my kitchen. after remaoval ther were going to skim coat walls as needed, prime & paint walls for an additional cost of $495. The workers called to say they would be a little late (tht was ok). They arrived, tarped the floor and began to removal process. They did have some sort of a solution but they did not score the wallpaper to allow the water to penetrate through the paper nor did they have a steamer. I did question them about that and they told me they no longer used steamers as they were outdated, but did ask if I had one. I called Farrs and told him my concern that they didn't even have a steamer and he told me that "it was obvious that I didn't know what I was talking about and that these removers knew what they were doing. About 4 hours into the job they were not even half way done, the drywall was damamged and ripped, so they packed up and left. They told me that they would have to come back and "sand the paper off the walls. This was totally unexceptable to me because of the mess involved and the fact that I removed 20 rolls in my family room using that "out dated" steamer and didn't damage the wall at all. Then I noticed that I had already been charged the full amount by Farrs before the job had been completed! I left Mr. Farr a message and he called me back later the next day. I told him that I was very disatisified with the work and didn't want them back. He started yelling at me and was so irate and rude - telling me that the wallpaper was installed incorrectly in the first place and that I didn't know what the h*** I was talking about. While he was still yelling and screaming I told him that I was going to stop the payment . He told me (exact words) " Oh, go get f__ked!! I have never been yelled at or spoken to like that by any business person and know how he stays in business. I would NEVER reccommend him to anyone. I did take before and after pictures as verification of the above mentioned work. I hired another company to come in and finish the job - and guess what they used? That out dated steamer - do damage to my walls what so ever.

Description of Work: HAD THE WALLPAPER REMOVED FROM A LARGE BEDROOM & BATHROOM. TIM THEN PRIMED THE WALLS AND PAINTED THEM. THE WOODWORK WAS NOT PAINTED. TIM DID A VERY NICE JOB & LEFT THE PLACE MOSTLY CLEAED UP.

Description of Work: I hired Robert Farr from Farr's Home Improvement to clean a heavily pet stained carpet on Thanksgiving morning as an emergency job. He came out and charged $200.00 to clean the carpet. He insisted we write our check out to cash. He took the check to the bank the next day added a "1" in front of the 200.00 to make the check out for $1200.00. The bank cashed him the check and as a result it affected our bank our account. We had to straighten it out with the bank because it was their mistake for not catching his scam. They are handling him at this point. I would never hire this man or his company again.
