Farr’s Home Improvement and Mold Remediation did an excellent job at our condo. We had a water leak due to an upper unit condo, and the Farr’s team came in and tore out the and treated the damage ares. After replacing the drywall, they sanded and painted the damaged area. Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the working crew professional. I highly recommend Farr’s!

The crew was terrific. They worked well together and got the job finished in two days. All rooms look great! They were friendly and very professional. Answered all my questions and responded to my requests cheerfully.

Was very happy with the power washing; pavers looked great so re-hired them to fill and seal the sand between the pavers.  The job was done punctually meeting a requested completion date prior to the arrival of out of town company.   Nearly immediately it didn't look like the sand was actually sealed.  Immediately the sand began to sink and run out the side.  Farr's was hired to seal the pavers to prevent the endless weeds growing in.  In less than two weeks, the weeds were back. where the sand is supposed to be sealed.
We have now made three call backs requesting that someone come out and look at the job.  The owner has indicated that he is too busy to come out.  He won't commit to any date to look at or warranty his work.  He has been rude including hanging up on us twice.

Overall, I was totally dissatisfied and appalled that a business owner would use such fowl language and belittle a customer.

TIM ARRIVED ON TIME EACH DAY (3) & WORKED UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. WE ARE QUITE PLEASED AND HIGHLY RECCOMEND THE COMPANY.

He ran out of gas on my driveway. He left equipment twice to try and fix his truck. He was anything but professional. When I asked if him if we had residual stains from the mess would he come back again... he hesitated and sort of said he might be able to do a touch up if we wanted him to.

We hired Farr's Home Improvements to power-wash and seal our deck. The initial contact and work seemed adequate. However, once the job was complete, we noticed several problems including, but not limited to, rags and empty sealant cans left on the side of our home, cigarette butts in our yard, and overspray on our siding and light fixtures. After several calls, they finally came back to fix the problems, but did not do so to our satisfaction. All contact since has been quite unprofessional. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.
