They do a nice job and are very pleasant. I have used them a few times and will continue to use them. They are my go-to collision place.

They pre ordered my parts and painted them before my car was there so only had to wait a half a day before my car was done. They go above and beyond.

It went very well. My brother had his Ford Focus damaged in the rear upper corner and needed it fixed with no insurance and needed it cheap as possible. He met with the Manager David L, and he made sure to look at the damage, and assess what would be the estimate. My brother just wanted a quick job to make sure that the trunk was sealed as well as the tail light so that moisture would not get in either. He did not care how good it looked,. David said with a tail light he could do it for under $500 if he got the tail light. His worker knew all this and on their own time and efforts put far more work , time etc.. than required , making that section of the car actaully look as good as humanly possible without buying new parts and unless you knew to look for it you would not really notice there was damage in that spot. They only charged $400 even though the amount of work put into it on their own efforst was proably closer to $1500 worh. THey went far aboave and beyond what I asked and kept the price low. Prior to this I got to talk to Amanda who runs the facility and she was also very helpful.

It looks great! We have gone to them before for another car in the family. Their estimate was fair, the staff helpful, and the time they needed the car was good. They got the part in advance of my appointment and painted it, so they only needed my car for one day. That was helpful. I didn't have to rent a car.

I was very happy with the quality of the repair especially the paint, since the vehicle was only two years old and had a dark cherry metallic color that I thought would be hard to match. They were courteous, had the vehicle ready when promised, and at the quoted price.

Walked into office to get a quote on body work on my car and was greeted by an empty chair behind the counter. Waited a few minutes assuming someone would come to the front counter. An employee down the hall saw me as he entered, what looked like, a storage area. No greeting or 'wait just a minute, please'. The same employe came back out the door, I assumed he would tell someone that a customer was waiting. I waited a few more minutes..... after all they have and quot;Aand quot; ratings on Angie's List. Finally I called their phone number to see if they were even open. Someone answered, I told them I was waiting in the lobby to get a quote.Was told there was a bell on the counter to ring for service. Sure enough there it was - small bell on the counter with a small sign and quot;Ring for Serviceand quot;. Finally a gentleman came to the lobby, told him I wanted a quote on fixing door rust. Before he even looked at it he made up his mind there was nothing he could do. Not sure if this was in response of me daring to call from the lobby or not. The point is, this place is not customer focused, or oriented, from a first impression to get more business standpoint. They may do great bodywork, I don't know. I guess they may have too much business. It does not seem that they want to try hard to get the next customer.

For the scratch/dent it only took a couple of hours. The bug guard was delayed but Farmington Hills kept me informed.

If you need some paint or body work I would definitely let them give you an estimate.

They were really great, and saved me some money. Went above and beyond to make my car look brand new. They felt trustworthy.

They did a great job. They were very professional and they did more than what was expected. They cleaned the car before they gave it back. They called us and they made it really easy to use them.

They explained everything every inch of the way. They even helped me a rental car. When I got in the car, there was some paint on the seat. The guy apologized, and cleaned the whole inside my of my car. They gave it back to me better than how I gave it to them.
