They showed up on time and did a full assessment of my cleaning needs, the gave me his quote. He proceeded with the work after I approved his quote. He was very thorough, and even left me carpet protectors for the antique furniture I have which could possibly stain the carpets due to old finishes. Very satisfied with the results!

We have used Jack Hoskin's Duraclean services for at least 15 years since he came to rescue a bedroom carpet that had water damage from a leaking roof. We were impressed with his thorough professionalism then and have been perfectly satisfied every time since for routine carpet cleaning. Jack is courteous and takes his work very seriously. He will explain the science behind types of carpet, cleaning chemicals, and how we can do a good job with spots. This time, he even gave us a container of spot removal that he feels is better than other products. He is courteous, answers phone calls promptly, arrives on time and works dilligently the whole time he is here. He has a printed "Customer Guide After Cleaning Instructions" sheet which is very helpful! Occasionally, he offers a seasonal discount which we appreciate and try to use if it fits our schedule.
