Here at Dog Gone Acres we board most breeds and sizes of dogs, cats and rabbits. We provide a large premise in which we also live so your pet is not left alone day or night. I have three dogs each weighing less than 10lbs and I have used dog gone acres several times. It is an old school dog kennel that keeps the dogs separated in their own space from othe dogs but do give supervised outside play time in a fenced in yard. All three of my dogs are happy to go each time and come home happy too. I like it there because it the best price I could find. 15.00 a day per each dog . My pocket book is not drained while my dogs are content ,fed and well cared for. They seem to a tuned to dogs behaviors and needs. Which I also find important and like. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the futures and will.

Kirt is the owner of Dog-On Acres and is very professional, kind, and caring of the animals in his care. He gave me a tour of the facility which was very clean, and told me of the schedule he usually follows and enthusiastically agreed to a change in that schedule to keep with what my dog is used to.
I've taken my dog here twice now and both times I get a happy and healthy dog back.

Kurt Zimmie clearly loves dogs! He interacts with them and their owners with real interest, patience and kindness. My dog LOVES him and is always happy when I pull my car into the parking lot, to drop him off. The kennels are clean, with heating and air conditioning.

I was a complete 'nervous Nelly' about boarding my canine buddies, since I had never done so before. I was invited to bring the dogs out before their actual 'separation' day and did so. The kennels were clean and air conditioned, which was important given the 'dog days' ranging in the upper 80s. The little one actually pooped in the office the day of departure, which was expeditiously cleaned. The owner and others have a very speccial connection to their boarders. Thus it was a confidence-inspiring experience.
