My change oil light came up on my 2007 Chevy Equinox. I was worried since I had my oil changed less then 2 months before. Colonial is close to my house but I have never been there so I looked up reviews and they were good so I went. I pulled in and spoke with Dennis. I asked what the prices were and what he recommends. While we were talking one of his employees was checking my truck and called him over. He came back and said the oil looks new and that I should wait at least another 1100 miles to do the oil change. The employees topped off my fluids and my tire pressure. Dennis said next time I do come in I will get $5 off and free car wash for being a first time customer. They could have easily just did the oil change and taken my money and I wouldn't have known that the oil was good. They are honest and will have my business from now on. I will tell everyone about them.

I have been having our car's oil changed at Colonial for many years. Their prices are premium -- part of what you're paying for is convenience -- but the service is always fast, friendly and reliable. I'm willing to pay a little extra for peace of mind knowing that they're not going to let you go with a dripping oil plug or something. They don't push products you don't need, and have been willing to replace an almost-stripped oil plug or similar small things at no charge.
Their employee turnover seems low for such a business, and I know that the owners are local and booster of community events and local schools, etc.

This provider was extremely friendly and professional during the oil change. They did a very thorough job which is quite important, especially to my engineer husband. In addition to the excellent service that they provided, they always include a coupon for their car wash next door which also does a very nice job.

The staff is friendly and nice. They get you in and out very quickly. Their prices are very competitive. The location is convenient. I have used their services in the past. I would recommend them.
