CHEM-DRY CARPET CLEANING-METRO

They were great. they did a thorough job, in and out very quickly, did a few spot cleaning prior to, and I thought they did an exceptional service.

They did a wonderful job and I am so happy they were able to fit me in on a Saturday. They said they would arrive between 11-noon and they were there on time at 11:30.They worked fast but didn't cut any corners. They even moved all of the furniture that I hadn't been able to move. I believe they were done with the cleaning around 1 and it dried so much faster than steam cleaning, it only took abut 4 hours for the carpet to dry - couch took a little longer but that was to be expected. They were very friendly and considerate. I had always thought because of the name Chem-Dry that they used chemicals but when I researched their process and solutions online I learned that they are one of the most non-toxic ways to clean carpet. The man I spoke with explained that it they used something like club soda. I didn't want to do the carpet protector formula since I wanted it to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Even my husband said it looked like they did a good job. It was so easy to work with them and I will definitely call them for carpet cleaning in the future.

This Chem-Dry location (Aaron and Autumn) did a great job on our carpet cleaning (4 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs, living room, basement, bathroom and several closets. They responded quickly to my initial call, were on time, completed the job quickly in a professional manner and the final job was great, stains removed and carpets clean! Couldn't ask for more.

quick response to original call.  worked with me on time and date. called before they came out .services as advertised. really liked the quick drying process as i had people coming over. process took out some  serious stains. especially liked raking the carpet (without having to ask) to raise the nap, none of the major players i've had out before did that,offering excuses like 'we left the rake back at the plant" or "with our process you don't need it"(i personally feel it is very important to raise the nap after cleaning for better drying).

Aaron and Autumn Jettie arrived at their appointment on time and went right to work. Aaron and Autumn are a brother and sister team that work great together. 
I had several stains that a previous carpet cleaner was not able to get out . Autumn got down on her knees with a brush and a cleaning solution and she did remove the stains from my carpeting.
The thing that I liked most about the process that Metro Chem-Dry uses is that my carpet was completely dry in about 4 hours.
In a little over an hour they came in, moved and cleaned under all of my furniture and left me with a clean carpet that looked like it did when it was new.
I also want to thank their father for agreeing to come all the way out to Shelby Township to clean my carpeting. This is way outside of their normal work area around Farmington Michigan.

The person I made the appointment with was professional.  Workers arrived on time, walked me through every step of the way, and did an excellent job.  I paid an extra $33.00 for dirt repellent (not sure if that's the correct term).

Jeff did a great job.  He arrived on time, got busy and completed his work in a professional way.  He offered advice on spot cleaning and care of the carpet.  I will have him in again.

I called on Monday, July 30 and was happy to get an appointment for carpet cleaning on Thursday of the same week. Over the phone we discussed cleaning the traffic areas in three rooms, a foyer and two halls. We did not discuss price so I was going into this blind. Obviously, I needed to have my carpets cleaned!!
Our appointment was set for between 10 and 11 am and Tim arrived by 10:30. He looked over the rooms to be cleaned and went right to work. He was finished in an hour. We have a dog and a cat and I vacuum constantly. Even so he was able to pull out tons of animal fur. Plus there were spots that kept coming back when I treated them. The carpet looks great! It was great getting up this morning and seeing freshly cleaned carpet.
I thought the price was very fair. I will definitely have this company back!

Give this company a round of applause! Will never use a different carpet cleaner again. Wall-to-wall carpeting was dry within 2.5 hours and heavier wool/silk area rugs were completely dry within 4 hours.  What a difference from the many bad experiences I've had when carpets were wet/damp for 24 hours or more. The level of cleanliness is superior. I was told realistically what to expect, and got precisely those results. Also the receptionist's ballpark quote was right on, no surprise add-ons.

From our first contact, the Chem-Dry receptionist was knowledgeable and advised me what I would need, and rescheduled me once without missing a beat. The technician who cleaned the carpets was a walking encyclopedia of carpet care do's/don'ts. The entire experience was a pleasure.

On January 18, 2012 I called Chem-Dry Cleaning-Metro at 30405 W. 12 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills at 1-248-476-3580 and talked to Tim. We discussed the scope of the work and he provided me with an estimate for the work expected to be performed. Some areas were definitely set for cleaning and some areas were to be considered for added cleaning depending on the evaluation of his cleaning crew. He was scheduled to come out on Wednesday, 01/25/12, around 1630 Hours. The approximate time was set by mutual consent.

On the day of the scheduled appointment, his crew called ahead to let us know of their expected arrival time. On arriving, they were shown the different areas to be cleaned and also some of the soiled areas that could be considered for cleaning. After agreeing to what extent cleaning might be done, they set to work.

The agreed on areas were cleaned and the soiled spots were also clean. All work was more than satisfactory. The team of Aaron and Autumn were efficient and thorough. Spot removal left little to be desired as was true for the bigger areas that were cleaned.

The crew members worked well together and were very congenial and pleasant to have in the home. They were both polite and courteous.

They were very obliging and prompt in their response. The individual I spoke with, Tim, seemed knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to explain his process. He was also willing to focus on spots that needed cleaning rather than having to clean the whole room.

Great, would definitely use them again.

They were supposed to be here by 12:00.  At 12:30 I called to find out if they were coming.  They told me they were running behind and would not arrive until 1:30.  I moved all the small furniture out of the area to expedite the process.  They came (a team of two) at 1:30 and proceeded to clean.  I noticed one of the workers who was spraying a pretreatment on the carpet was distracted and did not cover all the areas.  I assumed she was just spraying the areas that needed extra care.  I was wrong.  After the carpet dried 48 hours later, I had to use Windex and a damp towel to get the spots they had missed.  Please note that I was told the carpet would dry in 3 to 4 hours.

I called and got estimate over the phone. They arrived on time and were knowledgeable of my problem. The carpet was not soaked when they left and high traffic areas never looked as good. They gave me a coupon for recommending them. I gave it to my sister-in-law who got a great discount when she used it. Also, she was very happy with them as I was.

The crew was on time and professional. I believe they were honest in answering all the questions that I had, honesty is the most important thing to me.  The cleaning also was done very well, I have no complaints and would use them again in a heart beat.

They did a good job. The really scrubbed the dining area where there was an old stain. I was very happen with the results.

They treated for all of the stains and did a very good job. I have used them before and they do a terrific job on my carpet. It always looks so good when they get done. They are neat and thorough and have been very good for me. They are very responsive and when I leave a message about something they always get right back to me the same day.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS. THEY ALSO SHOW UP ON TIME AND GET RIGHT TO WORK. THEIR PRICE IS GOOD FOR THE WORK THEY DO. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW WITH NO PROBLEM.
