Owner does not have respect or appreciation for long term customers who give the company repeat business.
After 6+ years of repeat business, snow plow service was discontinued without any notice, no letter sent out to
notify customer that service was discontinued. Very unprofessional - no respect or courtesy for long term customers.

Their teamwork is truly remarkable. Antonio, the supervisor, guides the other members of the crew and they work peacefully and efficiently. They clean up after themselves every step of the way. I was never inconvenienced.

They worked cooperatively with Piedmont Concrete with whom they relate very well.
Antonio was the Supervisor of the job. There were 3 people working under him.
The boss and owner of the company, David Gaydek, explains every step of the process before any contract is signed. He does not put pressure on the client. He is patient and addresses all concerns.
Other jobs they have done for me:
They mow my lawn weekly in the summer and plow my snow in winter.
They replaced the shingles on my roof.
They disassembled a rotting deck, planted grass in its place, and created new steps.
I will be using this company again.

My particular garage door is on the side of the driveway (not at the end) so the driver gets out of his truck and shovels the snow away from the garage door before plowing.
In the future I will sell my snow blower and hire Uncle Froggy's.

"After the member first notified us with her concern about the appearance of her brick pavers we immediately went to inspect them ourselves. We saw no issue with the bricks. In fact, we thought her patio looked beautiful and were proud to post pictures in our portfolio. We informed the member of our assessment and offered to contact the company that makes the bricks for her if she was still not satisfied. They offer a lifetime warranty. We never heard back from the member, so we believed our reassurance that the bricks looked great had resolved the issue and did not take the matter to the brick company. We were shocked to receive the complaint through Angie’s List. In an attempt to fix the problem on our own we went ahead and contacted the brick company and explained the situation. A representative from their office went out to look at her new patio the same day. After meeting with the member, the representative informed us that he saw no problem with the bricks either. The issues the member found with her pavers are just a part of the product she chose. The fading she described of the bricks is intentional. Each brick is made to have a smooth transition from a dark charcoal on one end to a light grey on the other. When the member chose her bricks she was provided with color catalogues with pictures from our providers. We did not lay the bricks the same day; the pavers were purchased the day after she selected them from the options. Until we received the Angie’s List complaint we were unaware that she was displeased with the process of picking her bricks. Had she informed us, we would have been more than happy to give her more time with the selection process. It seems as though there have been a few misunderstandings between Uncle Froggy’s and the member. We sincerely apologize to the member for any inconvenience she may have experienced. We would be pleased to help her if she chooses to purchase a different brick that has the appearance she is looking for."
