Called Rashid at 8:45 A.M. (they open at 9:00) the following morning. My call was answered and I was told that an installer would call me shortly. Within 5 minutes, I received a return call and was told that Tim, one of their installers, lived nearby and could be at our house in 10 minutes. Unbelievable!! Tim told me he could fix the door, straighten the track and install the sensors for $135. About 90 minutes later, it looked like a new door! He did an incredible job and I got to go to work myself! These folks are awesome; friendly and professional.

Everything was OK. The garage door was not opening and closing properly and they found a coil that was bad so they replaced the coil. They only came once and they only had to come once. I didn't dislike anything. I paid a couple hundred dollars; probably $200.

Visited the showroom. Rep came out that afternoon. We signed and work was completed within 3 days. All is fine. Good job.

Polite, professional, reasonable cost

Jim took our call on a holiday weekend, and responded quickly and came the following business day first thing. Did an outstanding job with installation, was very courteous, prompt and friendly. Also oiled garage door which was above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend.

We have had a perfect experience with them. They actually come out when they say that they are going too. They do a great job. We had a small problem with a skylight and they came right out and repaired the problem for us. I cannot say enough good things about them. The prices seem to be very reasonable and they have always been very reliable. I have always been impressed with their responsiveness. If I were to call him up he would call me back within the hour.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. WE WERE SATISFIED IN THE END. THEY MADE A LITTLE MISTAKE, BUT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY.

THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. SHORTLY AFTER THEY PUT IN THE NEW GARAGE DOOR, THE HANDLE BROKE. I CALLED THEM TO REPAIR IT AND THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY TO FIX IT BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE DOOR AND THE INSTALLATION.
