Brendan, Ryan, and their crews have always been on-time, honest, respectful of our home, provided quality work, and ensured we were satisfied with the results. McGlinch & Sons have transformed our 50+ year old house into an efficient, safe, and beautiful home. McGlinch & Sons have done the following projects in phases: installed skylights, front porch column replacement, water proofing a porch overhang, fireplace stonework, they replaced all of our windows and our old siding, and they replaced our black mold infested roof while fixing the root cause of the problem. Since our roof replacement two years ago, we've noticed the musty smell is gone and a significant improvement in the efficiency of our 50+ year old home. When it comes to improving and protecting your largest asset, I highly recommend McGlinch & Sons Construction.

Excellent work installing our Pella windows McGlinch and Sons! Marvin, the sales representative, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what McGlinch offered for windows, as well as McGlinch’s other products. Marvin was well prepared for our meeting and understood our needs and our budget. McGlinch was the best price and provided great customer service. Ryan McGlinch and Marvin communicated with us during the entire process, which included window measurement, ordering of the windows, scheduling, and follow-up on the job completion, and were extremely responsive if we had any questions along the way. The window installers, Curt, Scott and Nick were, at all times professional and courteous, it was a pleasure to have them at our home. The installers arrived on time each day, worked diligently and took pride in their workmanship with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend McGlinch and Sons in the future!

Take off particle board siding and replace it with James Hardie Siding. They did a very nice job.

They did an excellent job. Not only were they thorough and conscientious, but they cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and careful when they were doing the work.

McGlinch and Sons were OUTSTANDING to work with. I was a bit nervous and needed some "hand holding" and the entire team was so professional, cleaned up well and offered great design ideas although not really designers. I will use them for my bigger job the kitchen remodel. Only good things  to say.

They were efficient and clean. They very helpful in guiding our decisions and so far it's been good. We haven't had any issues.

We have been having a recurring problem with a leak in the valley between a dormer and the roof.  It had been repaired by another company a few years ago but when the old roof was taken off you could see that the repair was not done correctly. Brandon McGlinch came out and examined the roof and noted that since the roof was already 20 years old  and it had been repaired in several places, it would be wiser to replace the whole roof.  The following week they came out and replaced the roof and took extra care with areas where we were concerned about problems.  The workmen were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and we were extremely happy with the job.  Unfortunately because of extremely bad weather they were not able to put the new gutters on until the following week. Again, the workmen were great and now the house looks terrific with the new roof and gutters.  With McGlinch's 18 month no-interest financing we are able to handle the payments without a problem.  I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to friends.

Different crews worked on roof, gutters and window trim. Inclement weather slowed down the roof replacement work but it was eventually completed. Craftsmanship was very good, especially on the window trim boards replacement work.

I was happy with the work performed.

Not so well I have had a roof leak in my living room every since they isn't stalled the roof. I had called them out 5 times to check the leaking area . The only explanation I get is that they will repair my roof if I purchased a chimney flute first for $1000 because they feel the leak is coming from my chimney however I don't have a fireplace or basement sounds like they want me to incur more cost to justify fixing their mistake. I purchased a 20 year shingle so I looking for a reasonable repair company to fix the leak
I have had new estimates for repair to this companies roof and have learned that the valley was installed incorrectly which caused the roof leak all these years that I still have. I need a complete tear off and redo this companies refused to admit any wrong doing or to repair error and they were called out to inspect their work by me many times. I will never use this company again.

THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICE, WHICH IS WHY WE WENT WITH THEIR COMPANY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT CLEAN UP JOB SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO PICK UP AFTER THEM. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB PERFORMANCE.

WE HIRED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PRICE, AND ARE VERY GLAD THAT WE DID. THE WORK THEY DID WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. THE WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB ON TIME, AND THEY LEFT NO MESS BEHIND.
