+ 1 moreDo not trust Joe Marras to do the work, or to let you know if he decides not to do the work. I e-mailed Joe Marras early in August to inquire about adding a piano action regulating service. I got no reply. I called Joe Marras on August 10 to inquire. He said that he had decided in the spring not to do do business with me because I send sent him an e-mail in the spring letting him know that a number of movers whose ads promised climate-controlled moving trucks didn't really have them, and that it might be better to keep my instruments stored in his warehouse, for a monthly fee, until mid-November. He knew months ago that he wasn't going to do the work, but he didn't bother to tell me. When I asked why he did not reply to my e-mail, he replied, "Maybe that should have been a clue."
Description of Work: I needed pianos and other musical instruments shipped from Michigan to Arizona. Joe Marras and I came up with a plan in the spring of 2017 for a fall move.
