The most important thing is that Mike fixed a long-time leak that we had coming from our shower down to our lower level. We had multiple contractors and plumbers look at it and no one was ever able to fix it and they didn't appear to care if they fixed it, resulting in damaged walls and tile. After we got the repairs done, Mike came in and did thorough leak testing and isolated the problem and came up with a solution to fix the leak. Problem solved!
We will use this company again!
At the end, they noticed some grout missing on the shower floor and that water was coming up through those holes when pressure was applied to the shower floor (the drain needs to be snaked now - separate issue). They went back to the shop, brought back a dehumidifier (how awesome is that, since I didn't have one?!) told me to run it in the shower for at least three days and that they would come back to finish the grout repair and the caulking of the shower floor. They came back and finished today - it looks great and I would recommend them to anyone.
On a side note, another contractor quoted me twice the price and insisted that a new shower floor should just be tiled over the existing one. No thanks!
