Went great.  I've done business with them before and they are excellent.

. My 2006  red Milan had a 6 inch white scrape mark and indentation from an accidental encounter with the garage wall. We went to 2 dealerships and were given estimates of  $1000.00 to $1200.00.to fix the problem. The dealerships also told us we would have to leave the car for 3 days  at the dealership for the  bump out and repaint repair . This was  an unacceptable  solution to our problem. We found Lucky's  Collision and Auto Body repair on Angie's list . I was impressed with Lucky's  after reading the reviews on line. I called the day before and explained the problem. I asked to make an appointment. I booked an appointment the next day. The auto body repair tech  stated the problem  was minor and could be fixed in 30 minutes. Lucky's eliminated the dent and removed the white transferred paint from the front drivers side panel .They even custom blended paint and touched up the area. They gave me a small bottle of custom paint for future touch ups. The price $20.00!!!  All the employees at Lucky's interacted with the customer in a   professional manner. More important  to me was the fact that they were  honest and charged a fair price. I will always go to Lucky's for auto collision repair  before going to a dealership!

The price was about half of what other nearby repair shops wanted.  I read about them on Angie's List and gave them a visit.  i was sort of stunned that they were so far below the price of the other shops.  One other shop told me to sell the car for junk!  It is a 2005 Taurus and is other wise fine.  Luck's did a very nice job and I was happy to have found them.  They saved the day.

They were polite and courteous.  I would have went with them but I found someone a few dollars less expensive but I would definitely keep them in mind for any future needs.

Service was provided very fast and very professional. Loved the work done and would return again.

This business was recommended by the service manager at my auto dealership. Estimate of repair time and cost was exact. The repair work is beautiful; car looks better than it did before the collision. Car was cleaned completely, inside and out. Customer service (Eric) was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Could not be happier with the work that was done. I would highly recommend this business.

Extremely courteous and professional customer service. Very straightforward to deal with and make all arrangements including setting up rental car for us.
We picked up the vehicle and had a couple problems: strong solvent smell inside the vehicle (no good for small children), over-spray mess on one window, and one of the dents was not removed. (this was miscommunication)
We had to schedule a second time to bring the vehicle in . This time they gave us a loaner vehicle to use while they made the final repairs and touch-ups.
The work was done right and looks good as new.
The overall experience was very good and if we are unlucky enough to need car body work again, we will definitely use Lucky's!

Paint had bubbled up around the top of the windshield. They gave me an estimate of $600. Once they got into it they found the damage was bigger than they had thought but they kept to the same estimated price. The guys there are great.

After a freak accident involving a car going the wrong way on an interstate, I needed to look for a body shop to fix up my car. Everybody I talked to (mostly the owner) at Lucky's was very friendly and open about the whole process. It was clear that they knew they're stuff and were passionate about the work giving me a full tour of their shop and how some of the work was going. They took complete care of dealing with the out of state insurance of the other party including a few upgrades to new instead of used parts. They also invited me over during the repair process to check up on how everything was going if I wanted to. Lastly, I had a broken interior door handle that they were able to fix a few days ahead of schedule. The car looks great now and the color match was perfect. Overall it was a great experience and while I hope I never need their services again, I would trust my car to them if needed.

On time and on budget. Paint color did not Mach up perfectly but that is to be expected in a 5 year old car.

I've been in the insurance business dealing with claims and service for many years. When my daughter's auto was damaged in a car-deer accident I checked out Lucky's Collision and found only great reviews so we gave them a call. Lucky's towed the car, met with the adjuster, gave an awesome estimate and did the work. There was a minor glitch in the initial paint work, but Joe fixed it up going the extra mile to make it perfect. The car looks beautiful! Joe is an easy person to deal with, very down to earth, honest and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Lucky's Collision and will recommend Lucky's to my family, friends and insurance associates.

Brought the car in after insurance estimate. Then brought the car to Lucky's where we were told us what needed to be done. they ordered needed parts.
After a reasonable amount of time, they had parts ready for us as well as painted. They called us to schedule
the work. We only needed the car to be with them for a day; work was done promptly and professionally. The staff
were polite and very pleasant to deal with. The estimate they gave us initially was accurate. The light in the dashboard was replaced as a courtesy.

they give great service and use manufacturers parts. They have always been perfect gentleman and take the time to explain and treat me intelligently. I feel like their prices are very reasonable.
