Mr Blumberg took a week to get to us because he had put his back out. We were not an emergency job so that was OK. Once on site, I showed him the problem locks, we discussed whether to replace only the two problems or repair them and decided to replace all the old locks. Mr Blumberg was very efficient, replaced all four locks and cut us keys right then. A very charming gentleman to work with.
