I purchased my home in 2021, my uncle passed that started out cutting my grass. My coworker recommended Broderick. I called he came the same day to assess and give me an estimate. He?s been taking care of my yard ever since. Was flexible with me when I had an emergency and all. The only thing like another post said, you have to get the weekly cuts even when you really don?t need it.

Haden was great. I’m still not sure how three guys did the job in 5 hours. They were amazing. My yard looks great again and the waste was neatly bagged and left by the curb for pickup. I strongly recommend Haden for any yard project. They are professional and efficient. They listened to my many details and followed them exactly. They carefully protected my prize plants. If I’m not on my feet soon, I will call them call them back.

It went very well. Not only did they do the job specified, they also aerated, over-seeded the lawn and put down something to kill those pesky clovers. Those clovers were not being handled by anything we could get from home depot or Lowe's. Even the Lush Lawn company couldn't remove those clovers from our lawn. The back yard looks much better and my wife was very happy! We will be using this company in the future.

It went very well. Broderick and team came and did a great job. Our yard looks very clean and transformed. I am excited to wait and see how the grass comes back.

They took me because my old lawn man was sick. They finished the season. I used them for 2 years. They did spring and fall cleanups, did the weeds, and put seeding down. He was wonderful. Everything he had I took as far as lawn care. He was great and was such a nice man. If my friend hadn't gotten well, I would still be using them.

The lawn looks much neater than it did with our previous lawncare and they edge each time service is completed. I guess the only drawback is that you are committed to paying for weekly service for the whole season whether or not you need it cut that often.

Broderick called me back within 10 minutes after leaving a voice mail. They came out the same day, removed snow and ice from my driveway and walkway. I was very unprepared for the snow, and made several phone calls looking for a snow removal service. Haden's Lawn Care was the only company that returned my call. I was unable to get under contract for this season, but Broderick recommended a type of snowblower and offered to go pick it up, set it up, and show me how to use it for a very reasonable fee. I looked up the brand and model he recommended online, and it was the exact price he quoted me. Within one hour, he returned with the snowblower and showed me how to use it. He even got me a 10% discount off the snowblower! Could not be happier with the service I received!

All the work quoted was done well and in one day. Mr. Haden was very good about discussing how he proposed to do the job and offered some good ideas. During the job, he even offered to move some Hosta plants into a bare spot in the front which I yet to decide how to fill. Problem solved. It was about 2 weeks from the first phone call to completion of the job. Very refreshing.

I was looking for snow removal and Haden was the only company to return
my call. Once we spoke, he explained his services/pricing and he was
able to service us on the same day. Once at the house, he was very professional and friendly.
I was so impressed by the customer service received, we have decided to use them year round.

Mr. Haden was very responsive, very clear about what they would and would not do, and how he runs the business.  He & his crew did an excellent job...our lawn was edged for the first time in 10 years and looks great!  As promised, they weeded the flower beds & edged around them, so those areas are defined now .  We had some beds that we did not want them to touch, and they left those alone.  We were very happy with the work that they did.  We didn't do competitive bidding for this job, & suspect that we could have gotten it done a bit cheaper.  However, our impression is that Mr. Haden treats his employees like professionals and compensates them accordingly-which we think is fair.

From my first contact Mr. Hayden was extremely professional and courteous. The job itself entailed a thorough clean up of my fathers over-grown property not an easy undertaking! adding to that the work was being arranged by me and I live 50 miles away.

Mr. Haden contacted me as he was actually at my fathers to see all that was needed - he also provided various options as I needed to maintain a specific budget. Once all was agreed upon the work was completed within days and to my delight - since I wasn't present- I received pictures accompanying a text that informed me everything was done - the end result was beyond what I had hoped for.

Fast forward approx. 6-8 weeks and I re-contacted Mr. Haden - I myself had been unable to keep up the grass maintenance nor tackle an abundant population of fence weeds. Imagine my delight to find Mr. Haden and his son (who is just as respectful and pleasant as his father!!)  doing a site assessment as I was actually stopping in -- AND it was a Sunday afternoon. Again, options were reviewed and a plan decided upon.

I also found out that Haden's does snow removal - certainly may be my next contact.

I called and left a message for a callback on 5/19 and received a callback on 5/20.  I explained that my yard was in bad shape because it had rained extensively and it had not been cut in over two weeks.  An appointment was provided and they came out today and did an excellent job and I hope to use them again.  They were very professional and did not waste any time getting the job done.  For the work that had to be done, the charge was very reasonable.  I would like to thank all of them for taking me as a customer so quickly.

Fair to Good.

Broderick was a real life saver. The previous snow removal service left us with a big mess. I called Broderick and he said he could be here in an hour and he showed up in less than an hour. He did a fantastic job! He cleared all the snow from our driveway so that we had full use of our driveway again.

He showed up early, reviewed my situation and graciously agreed to take me as a customer.  He sent someone to plow my driveway at 10:00 P.M. at my request even though he had not yet received my payment.   I wish that all service providers were like Mr. Haden.
