It took a long time to get started and then the install went well.  They discovered a water problem in one of my eaves which I paid them to fix.  The problem is that I specifically asked if a 20 amp dedicated circuit would be work for the footage of cable installed.  Randy, the salesman said it would work.  As soon as the weather turned cold and it snowed I plugged it in and it did not work, it keeps tripping the breaker.  I have sent several emails to Randy and all he says it should work.  I asked Randy for the test results that were supposed to be left with the homeowner for warranty and he never responded.  I asked what the exact footage installed was so I could size a breaker properly and no response.

At this point I don't know if installing a larger dedicated circuit for the heated gutters will work or not and Randy is unresponsive.

I would not recommend using this company.  Too hard to get a hold of and they don't seem to know details about the product they are installing.

Professional  and courteous.  Called well in advance when weather delays forced rescheduling.  Installers had to clean leaves out of the gutters which had frozen overnight.  They were very careful and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

The price was well below their competition and frankly they were more professional than the other individuals who quoted the work. They worked hard to get the job done and regularly asked questions to ensure they were doing it the way we wanted. They said they'd come back as much as necessary to ensure we are pleased. We eagerly await the next rain storm.

We called in the morning to get an estimate on installing gutter guards from Costco, providing the length of gutters we needed guards for.  Randy called back that evening with estimates for a) us purchasing the gutter guard material and his company installing it, and b) his company purchasing the material and installing it.  Option b was slightly less expensive due only being able to purchase in specific lengths from Costco.  Randy asked us to provide 50% up front, and 50% upon completion, with a sign out front for 30 days.  We e-mailed the signed contract back that evening and his team arrived the next morning.  Everything looked good that afternoon, except a few of the end-caps were not put on.  After calling to let him know, he indicated his installer notified him that he had run out and would be back the next day to finish.  He actually finished the job 2 days later rather than the next day, but it looks great, and we're very happy with the job that was done.  Randy was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with.  We have recommended him to multiple friends.

Called Randy for a quote and he called back within an hour. He stopped by the very next day to give me a quote.  The next day, he came back with a member of his crew and cleaned my gutters.  In addition to cleaning the gutters, he also repaired a couple of areas where the gutter had become unsecured.  My roof also needs to be replaced soon so did an inspection and took photos to show me exactly how things were looking and discussed my options.  Randy is very professional and did not seem pushy with the products.  Will add another review in the Spring if I go with his company for the roof replacement.

This was the first time I had ever work with Go Green Home Services.   I am very satisfied with customer service given to me by Randy Kahn (owner) and the work done on my home by Go Green.  
I waited to write my review until I had gone through both a winter (2011) and a fall (2012) season to see how GG-Ice Breaker worked preventing ice dams and keeping leaves out of the gutters. I had no ice dams last winter and my gutters stayed leaf-free this fall.
This job required Go Green to install ice breaker and then for an electrician to come and run the wiring from my circuit breaker box to the gutter and make the connection to the low voltage wire.  Before the work began, Randy came to my house a second time to meet the electrician where they talked in-person and understood each others needs so there would be no finger-pointing. 
You know just how good a contractor is by their response to customers after they have been paid-in-full.  Over the summer (6-months after payment was made) I noticed the gutter covers needed some minor tweaking to control the rain water.  I called Randy up and he promptly sent over one of his crew members (Cameron) to fix the issue.
After my good experience with Go Green, I will be using them again in 2013 to put a new roof on my garage.

The Guys were responsive and did what they were contracted to do.We have a 3 story on a hill so many companies wimped out and did not want to tackle the job.The person on this job was a trooper and did a very difficult job well.

We had first contact at the 2012 Home Show in Novi. He had a promotional going on at that time that you would receive a Kindle Fire with purchase of your gutters. He was late for his first appointment with us. He gave us an estimate for the gutters and the leaf guards. The first installation date they did not show up with the excuse that they did not have enough time to do our job. On the day that they installed the gutters, they just showed up without calling or anything. They were supposed to return within the week to complete the job by installing the leafguards, but never showed up. We called Randy, but he said that they ran out of the product and had to order more from California. He said that the product would be in within two weeks and we should have them installed within that time. He said that he would express the Kindle, which we did not get.  After about a month I called him back, he said he still had to order more product and it would be another week and that the Kindle was in the mail.We still did not receive the Kindle. Finally, after another couple of weeks he had a crew come out to finish the job. After the job was done and it rained we had several leaks. I called Randy, he said he would send a crew over to fix the leaks and that he would send the Kindle and we should receive it in about two days. It is now a month later and he never got a crew over to fix the leaks and we still did not recieve the Kindle. We were also supposed to get a brush to clean the leafguards, which we never received. We have given up. We are through with him and are contacting the Better Business Bureau.  We have decided to do the repairs to the gutters and leafguards ourselves. While doing the repairs we found shingle damage due to the installation of the leafguards. I do not recommend that anyone deal with this company.

After the initial install, the downspout and rainbarrel were not installed in the requested area and downspouts not resecured to the house.I requested for the crew to come out and fix these problems.
The crew came out and moved the rain barrel to the proper spot and in doing so, pieced the downspout at the gutter This was a very shoddy job. 
Once again, I called Randy to fix the downspout which happened to be in front of my garage.  It was an eyesoar.Randy said on the phone he was not coming out again and expected  balance payment in full.
Finally, I ended up having to hire another person to replace the gutter and downspout. The repairman stated that the elbows on the downspout were installed improperly causing the downspout to leak.He also stated that the gutter guard were not properly installed causing the shingles to pop up.

I was not there when the job was completed; however my son-in-law and my wife have viewed the job and are quite satisified.

By far, one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.  I've been doing a lot of research on gutter protection services.  I knew exactly what I wanted.  To my surprise, I found Go Green at the Local Novi home show, with the exact product that I wanted on display.  I gave them my information and on site set up a appointment for the next day ( Saturday ).  Randy arrived exactly when expected, and was very knowledgeable.  Being I've already researched the product and have been in contact with the manufacture, I already knew about the product, and Randy ( Not knowing what I knew ) gave me all the correct information on the product.  ( Very honest salesman ).  I paid him on spot after he gave quote and said it will probably take a week before they could come out. I was fine with that.

Less than 5 days later ( Today ) I received a phone call from Randy that they will be installing the system this morning.  About 15 minutes later their truck pulls in the driveway.  3 guys promptly started unloading their equipment and started getting right to business.  All 3 guys were very professional and a pleasure to talk to.  It took just a little over 3 hours from start to finish.  While they were packing up, I was asking about extending a downspout from my upper level to my lower level, and they said if they had the parts they would take care of it.  I remembered I had a extra piece of gutter in my garage and showed them and we took off 2 90's from my garage ( right were the water comes out ) and they quickly took everything I gave them and installed it.  WOW !!  I couldn't believe it.  Without the blink of an eye they had a ladder out, guy on the roof and had this up and put into the GutterGuard system.

I would highly recommend this company and the GutterGlove product to anyone.  It's great to know and see first hand how great a customer can be treated!

Go Green Home services and these 3 installers just push the bar to the top!  It will be interesting to see another company that can even come close to matching this experience I just hand!
