Sales help was outstanding. Delivery of dryer was delayed for two extra weeks. It was frustrating to have to wait. I was not given an explanation so I do not know the reason for the delay. I would have liked more communication and flexibility with the delivery times.

Best Buy did a fine job on repairing my computer. I did lose some information, but they saved a lot of it. They were very thorough in explaining what was wrong and they were quick to fix it. The person who helped me was very polite and professional and I would definitely go back there.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS FRUSTRATING. THE COMPUTER WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE DIAGNOSTIC PROGRAM SO THEY TOOK IT TO THE SHOP. THEY KEPT US INFORMED ON THE COMPUTER'S STATUS. THEY WERE ALSO NEARBY SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO GO THAT FAR FOR THE COMPUTER.
