Make sure you understand what is and is not included. Apparently the Garage doors are not part of the house on the outside or part of the garage when painting the interior. Also materials are not part of the quote.

Flag Renovation painted the complete exterior siding and trim of our home in 2013. The contractors did an excellent job! They were thorough in their initial assessment of wood that needed to be replaced, but didn't push us to do more than needed. The biz owner was there to monitor the quality of work done and consult with us about changes to the original scope of work. Overall VERY satisfied. The only negative was that it was very tough to get a hold of the contractor to schedule the job. He sometimes just would not call back. Once we got them out to do the work, they did quality work. Our job ended up about $500 over the original quote too.

Make sure to ask for a complete quote including materials.
