Nick was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. The gal (whose name I can't remember) who came out for the second training was really helpful and kind. She brought her dog, Finn. Finn's presence and use of the yard encouraged and finally got my dog to use the backyard to poop. I would enthusiastically recommend DogWatch to anyone who asks.

This company did everything perfectly. I couldnâ t be happier with the service, the trainer, how quickly they installed, the fence itself!!!! I am 100% pleased with this company and would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who wants to keep their dogs safely in the yard I wasnâ t sure if the fence would work. The installers were very polite and answered all my questions as well as asking me my preferences on the installation.

Very personable young men. Solved my problem very quickly. Kept their card so that if I ever have a problem again I would definitely call on them.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I got from dogwatch. This company was very professional from the immediate response to a request for an estimate to the friendliness of the representative to the courtesy of the man that came out to find the break. Dogwatch is extremely honest. When they came to find the break in my invisible fence the cost was $39 for each break. I couldâ ve been told there were three brakes however the gentleman coming out found the break immediately there was only one break it was fixed immediately and they put the dogwatch flags around 5 acres where the old fence was. I highly highly highly highly recommend dogwatch I would use them again for any problem or new service I need for my dog.

Contact person was very helpful and service techs were prompt, courteous and professional. They trouble shot and fixed the underground fence problem in 15 minutes. If/when we encounter any problems in the future Dog Watch SEM will be our first/only call.
