My sales person Antjuan was very helpful throughout the entire process including helping select the color that would look nice with my home. I was very satisfied with the color selection and the laborers that completed the job worked well as a team and even cleaned up my yard! I was very happy with the entire process and even recommended American Dream to numerous acquaintances. P.s. I REALLY needed a new roof! Thank you so much American Dream Home Improvement for making it happen!

They replaced my roof. I called them next day to let them know that there are a lot of visible curling shingles. The salesman showed up and agreed that some work needs to be done. The city inspector did not approve the work either. After so many phone calls, a week later their project manager showed up and agreed that some work needs to be done. he promised that they will show up next day. It is been two weeks and no one showed up. I just send them a last e-mail. if no response within a week I will take action and follow different routes. I just a lot of bad reviews online about this company. they are very friendly and nice until you sign the contract , once you sign they disappear and they are not helpful.

Essentially they set up shop in areas were storms hit and do a bunch of business, then as issues arise they are "too busy" or "no longer working in the area". We were charged for a complete tear off and new ice and water shield as well as flashing and shingle replacement. After calling numerous times due to dented flashing that was not replaced I called 2 other companies out to get a price to fix it. Low and behold there were TONS of issues on our new roof. The ice and water shield was not replaced which voided the warranty. The used improper venting materials, had exposed nail heads throughout the roof, and tons of overcuts. I spent months contacting their corporate office and finally got a team of executives from Owens Corning to come out - thankfully they took responsibility and had 4 ft of my roof removed all the way around and replaced to fix the issues. I had the siding come off our chimney and called ADHI out to fix and they said they didn't do our chimney. Thankfully I have pictures of it in progress as well as their crew on my roof tearing off the old covering. They damaged our personal property - firepit table, scratched our patio up, damaged and killed countless bushes and flowers and damaged our newly installed gutters when they did a repair order. They did deduct some $ from those items from the bill but nearly enough. They did send out a crew to replaced the dented gutters, but they don't match, were installed improperly and now are leaking. I called to have service come out only to be told that it isn't their issue. Honestly, I am tired of dealing with them. Which is exactly what I think they count on. This company is very shady -- they subcontract a lot of stuff out and I heard from several of their contractors they haven't been paid. I also had a crew on the first day fist fight in my driveway. I should have fired them then. The materials were ordered and sat in my driveway for almost a month before they did our roof -- another red flag I shouldn't have ignored. DO NOT DO BUSINESS...trust me, you will regret it.
