I hired ALB in January 2020 to remodel my master bath. The bath was original from 1984 and needed a complete redo. The work they did was beyond amazing. I know, I've had this type of work done before in other homes. They were precise and professional and turned a very old tired bathroom into something beautiful and relaxing. I decided almost immediately to have them move on to the kitchen (again-circa 1984). It was is sad shape. ALB took care of everything - cabinets, counters, tile - they did it all. The new kitchen took my breath away its so wonderful. They also painted both the kitchen and the master bath as well as the master bedroom. All to perfection! We are finally, I hope, coming to the end of the stay at home order and I strongly suggest if you are thinking of doing any remodeling give ALB a call - Lec is the owner. Lec patiently answered my many questions without hesitation. Truly caring in their work and proud of their craft. Call them, you will be very happy you did so!!

Mr. Bzhetaj was easy to work with and always punctual. He was also willing to do whatever we wanted. His workmanship was average to horrific. He caulked our entire house. On average, the beads of caulk were about 1 inch thick, and were not smoothed over, leaving a thick wobbly appearance around the windows as well as some peaks. He also was to have repaired a rotting door frame that was open to the elements. We aassumed he would replace the rotting wood. Instead he caulked over the entire rotting door frame, leaving a visible two-inch wide frame of caulk all around the door. The house and garage look nice in the new color we chose, however our yard was left a shambles. When he quoted the job, Mr. Bzhetaj noted that the garage was painted with old lead paint. Mr. Bzhetaj is certified in working with lead paint, and we assumed that his work would take the lead paint into account since he new it was there. When we got home the day the job was prepared, we found that both the house and the garage had been power washed. No tarp or plastic was used to collect the lead paint from the garage, and we have lead Laing chips and dust all over our back yard. It's in all of our mulch, our grass, the flowerbeds, our compost pile, and the sandbox. When Mr. Bzhetaj was easy to work with and always punctual. He was also willing to do whatever we wanted. It's in all of our mulch, our grass, the flowerbeds, our compost pile, and the sandbox. When he was confronted about having to clean up the paint mess, he said, and I quote, "And how do you think I am supposed to do that?". Now we are looking at a $6000+ lead abatement bill to rid our yard of the lead dust and chips. Plus our baby and toddler have to be tested for lead poisoning repeatedly over the coming year due to the exposure they have had due to Mr. Bzhetaj's sloppy and highly illegal workmanship. To his credit, Mr. Bzhetaj is offering to fix the mess, but given his lax attitude towards lead paint, I don't think he is the best person for that job. Aside from the lead paint issue, no effort was made to keep house paint off our fence, driveway, brick paver patio, deck, or pergola. The house was not primed and only received one coat of paint. The doorbell was not removed, but simply painted around until we took it off ourselves. Large amounts of paint were dumped into our raspberry patch. the paint brushes were cleaned off with water all over the bare soil where we had hoped to put grass seed. And finally, an empty pizza box was left on the patio table and a pop can was left at the edge of a flower bed for us to throw away. was confronted about having to clean up the paint mess, he said, and I quote, "And how do you think I am supposed to do that?". Description of Work: Our house and garage were power washed and painted. Minor siding repairs were "fixed". A decaying door frame was "fixed". Entire house was caulked.
