Ryan dug out around the foundation and used a waterproofing product to seal the corner. Worked perfectly. After the first rain, he made a return visit to make sure all was dry! Great guy to work with, efficient, effective and very fair.

I've worked with some waterproofing companies before, and will never use anyone but Summers Waterproofing.  They are professional, hardworking, and fair.  He cut out the drywall, filled in the rod holes, and cleaned up the mess.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done!

I have used other basement proofing contractors prior to using AJ summers. They came and did a fantastic job - followed up after the next heavy rainfall - and made it sure I was satisfied.

Very reasonable cost. The team was nice and trustworthy. On time. Knew the business. Best part was they did not just come in and jackhammer our floor. They clean cut the floor and left a nice clean line. Clean up was good and I felt they treated our home with the same care they would their own. Ryan did an excellent job, his pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work was very good. Since my issue was repaired I have not had any problems.  This is the right guy to use for any type of water leaking issues, you will get an honest answer from someone knowledgeable with good pricing.

I really have all positive feedback.
First, unlike many contractors, Ryan and his team were always on time, and always called ahead of time, when that was the agreed plan. Replacing the drainage system in the basement is a multi day process, at least for a 1700 square foot basement, and I was amazed that each and every day, Ryan's crew cleaned up, so it looked like they were done with the job, even though they were coming back the next day.
I can't emphasize enough, they were extremely clean doing a hard, messy and dirty job. They even put plastic protective film on the stairs and the floor, so that they would not leave dirt behind. Really impressive and thoughtful.
Additionally, Ryan was not a high pressure sales person, as were the other two contractors I received quotes from. These other folks were friendly, but they were very interested in closing me on a higher cost solution, that at the end of the day, does the same thing, routes water to a sump pump, not the floor.
I would hire Summers again without hesitation.

AJ Summers Basement Waterproofing did a good job. He had to remove some shelves and then put them back when he was done. There was a crack in the basement wall and he took care of that. He explained to you clearly what he was going to do and what he thought the cause was and so on. He explained what the problem is. He's very punctual. When he says he's going to be there at a certain time, he's there. He's accessible. He's professional. He writes everything up for you.
