Every thing about this company sucks. From products to customer service

They didn't even show up for the initial appointment. If a company is that unreliable up front, I do not trust them to handle the rest of the service. I submitted a request through their website on Saturday to get the free consultation and got a call from one of their reps to make the appointment. We set the appointment for 2:00pm on Monday, 06/08/2020. No one showed up. Also, no one called or left any messages on my phone. I called their customer service and was waiting for someone to pick up for 20+ minutes. I hung up and called a different number I found online and got through to someone who stated that she couldn't find my information or appointment in their system. If nothing else, you should be able to find my initial request, and find out who screwed up. She offered to set a new appointment. Already took off work to be here for this. Obviously I didn't reschedule as I'm not wasting my time with an unreliable company. You shouldn't either.

Super! Bonnie Campbell, the Consultant, was wonderful. She gave me ideas that I wouldn't have thought of myself. She made the decisions easy and the entire process painless. I was able to pay on time too. The window coverings came as promised and on time.. The installer, John< was terrific too. He arrived on time. Did a great job and cleaned up nicely before he left.

I made an appointment for a consultant to come to my home. They called the day before to confirm my appointment. They were to arrive between 5-6 pm. When they still had not arrived by 6:00, I called them...they didn't answer. At 6:30, they called me to tell me they were just leaving their prior clients' home and would arrive in 30 minutes. The courtesy of a call to tell me they were running late, would have been appreciated but they didn't do that and they didn't answer my call when I tried contacting them. My time is valuable and they didn't appreciate that. I will not reward bad business. I will contact another company and take my business elsewhere.

The salesperson was great, and I picked out and paid for my blinds (3-16-16).  I was so excited when she left, because what I picked out was going to be gorgeous.  I got a call 5 days (3-21-16) later telling me that the shade color I picked out in the laundry room was discontinued.  So I decided not to proceed with the laundry room shades, but I still wanted the kitchen blinds and I needed her to put the order in immediately, since I thought the order was in already.  I don't hear anything for weeks, so I called customer service on 4/6/16 to see where my blinds are, and they told me my order wasn't submitted until 3/29/16.  NOT HAPPY!!

They finally arrived 4/13/16, installer put them in 4/14/16.  I love them and they are gorgeous, but I can't recommend a company called 3 day blinds to anyone.  I never expected to get my blinds in 3 days, but 4 weeks was not acceptable.  There are many blind companies not to shop around!!!

It was not 100% great. It was expensive. I'd go with them to fix it.

They came out to measure my window. We were looking for drapes and apparently the cheapest cost of drapes for that window was $3000. So we decided to go with a cellular shade and that was supposed to be cheaper and the job ended up spending about $749 for a blind for our front window to have it custom made. It fits the window but the quality isn't that good. The woman who came out parked out in the island where it said no parking and she ended up getting a ticket while she was here. I think they were ridiculously overpriced and I probably should have just shopped around. On top of that the $749 didn't include installation. They wanted me to pay another $150 to put 2 hooks in the wall and hang the blind off it.

They did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, took accurate measurments, and worked quickly. We love the new blinds.

We keep having problems with the blinds.

Ordered shade and it was delivered to the house within the time frame that was promised. Following the instructions included with the shade, we installed it. Immediately, the cordloop did not operate freely and broke less than 2 weeks after installation. Product was returned to 3-Day Blinds in Novi for repair on site. The Novi store was not able to repair the blind and it was returned to the factory in Anaheim, CA. The repair time was significantly longer than promised 5 weeks vs. 2 weeks. The "repaired" blind was shipped directly to our home. When we opened the box, the continuous cordloop, a $56 upgrade, was missing. Numerous calls to 3-Day Blinds have gone unanswered to date and we are stuck with a $227 unusable blind plus a bare window for the past 3 months.
