We are a licensed and insured contractor that takes great pride in providing high quality service and products at reasonable rates. To best assist with your HVAC needs, Tony's Comfort Specialists are available for servicing from 6:00 AM-10:00 PM, 365 days a year. Maintenance Agreement customers are also eligible for 24-hour emergency service. For your convenience, we offer in-store sales for many common parts and equipment: air filters, humidifier pads, thermostats, motors, etc. Stop in to make a purchase and a member of our staff will happily answer any questions you may have about use or installation. I was quoted to have a part changed by Tony's. He gave me a price,said he would have to order it. The next day Tony's office staff called asking if I wanted the part which had doubled from the original quote (she read the quote I received aloud which confirmed it), she told me she couldn't do anything about the quote price from the day prior and the labor already spent would not be applied to the service I called him out for, she could not tell me if the fan was included and would have to call me back, which she never did. This is when I called another service. The near $200.00 I already spent and didn't ask for was for the "cleaning" which their contractor pressured my wife into so she could receive a $50 credit from our natural gas provider, but was really to doubledown on service call charges for the same issue. The contractor spent most of his time on his phone for a personal call and was more interested in selling us a new unit than performing any maintenance on this one.

Great customer service! Very helpful with answering questions and explaining options for project. Installers were very efficient and they cleaned up work area perfectly. Very happy with Tonys and I will definitely recommend their services.

I came home yesterday to my AC unit whistling and running, but the fan wasn't moving, and the unit was hot, so was my house. I called Tony's today and a very nice lady answered the phone and helped get a tech out to me, and said he would be there within the hour! WOW! He showed up in about 10 minutes, immediately found the problem, fixed it (didn't try to sell my on anything else or pressure me into things, which I love). He got it up and running quickly, and my house is already cooling down. The tech (Chris) was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I contacted several other companies that I searched for to fix the problem, and they all were scheduled out far, or weren't "friendly" on the phone, or were ridiculously over priced. But as soon as I contacted this company, everything was done within an hour (the call, the tech showing up, and the repair). I don't think I have ever had a company respond this quickly for anything and am extremely impressed with everything. I will definitely be contacting them again when I need anything HVAC done. They won me over and are top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my area.

The Tech arrived as expected and their office called 30 mintues before he arrived to let me know he was still coming and would be arriving on-time.  The Tech kept me involved with the whole process as he did his job and showing me all the details that I should be aware. I feel I got value for my money spent in this service.

They did not show up for the first scheduled appointment.
Their service man had a problem, which I can understand.
It would have been nice if they had called me and rescheduled.
I called them several times to finally find our they had a problem

I was out of town and the furnace broke down in the middle of winter on a weekend. Tonys came out within an hour of my wife calling. The service tech was very professional, explained what was going on over the phone to me. It wasn't cheap but it was an emergency and in that situation who's going to argue.

Well it took five days for two guys too install these units in all the rooms in my house, and connect them all up to two heat pumps, made by Daiklen, I believe that is how u spell it. It was costly but it was better than running 3 window air conidtioners and cheaper for the month.

They showed up on time and was very pleasant. It turned out that the service call was only $40 and the actual work was $93.75. This involved a dirty flame sensor being cleaned. After a quarter of the work was done, I paid the bill, and when they left the pilot light on the hot water heater was off. It shouldn't have been turned off since he was not working on the water heater, it was unnecessary and I found this part of the service disappointing.

They are super great guys and they are very clean and friendly. They answered all of our questions since I had never purchased or used that type of furnace before. Their office staff is really good too.
