BUTCH'S CARPET & DRAPERY CTR

I went to the store looking for a hard working, hard wearing floor. I told Butch that I live in the county, have a big garden and yard, and 2 big dogs plus a large extended family. I needed a hard working, hard wearing floor. He told me a Congoleum Dura Ceramic Floor was the way to go with a life time warranty. From the beginning I had trouble with the grouting ...so hard to keep clean. He told me it would clean like a dream and never need sealing. Today the floor surface is all full of chips and the grout is horrible. Neither he nor the flooring company will cover anything. Take it from me I learned an expensive lesson. His word is no good and he would say anything to make a sale.

the flooring was great.
my installer found a flaw in floor and called me right away.
went and expected it.   they gave me a decision to either keep it
or wait for new flooring from company.
i opted to keep.   they are talking to mannington to get some money
off since there was a flaw in floor.  not noticable.
