They didn’t spend the amount of time for the price that I paid.  What they did was fine but they could have done more. I expected them to be here 5 hours based on what they told me and they were here for 3 ½ hours. I don’t feel I got the value for what I paid.  I would possibly use them again.

The first time I called I had to leave a message but she called back quick.  She came to the house and did a walk thru. She said it was the biggest house she had ever done so she wasnt' sure what to quote.  I was totally happy with the quote.  We set up a date and she arrived on time and went straight to work.  She was here for 5.5 hours and only took one small break.  We set a price for regular cleaning and decided what would be done every 3 weeks.  Very friendly and very hard working.  She paid attention to detail.

Overall it went very well.  I called The Right Touch about a week before I was having a party at my  house.  The next day she came over to do a walk-thru to see what I wanted done and give me a written estimate.  She took the time to listen to me so that  she understood exactly what I wanted done.  Two days later she was able to work in into her already busy scheudle!  She and a crew of 3 others came to clean.  They brought all of thier own supplies, including cleaning towels.  They were all very respectfuly of my home while they were here.  She give instructions out and away they went!  About 2 hours later my house was clean!  What impressed me most was that she supervised the work being done and made sure that everything was done 100% to her standards. 
With such short notice, she really came thru for me!

I find the service to be excellent.  Michelle does a thorough job, is very conscientious and professional.

I have used this cleaning service for more than a year. Michelle does excellent work from basic routine housecleaning to thorough 'spring cleaning' jobs. She is extremely flexible for example I had need for extra assistance with a rather large party. Michelle set-up, managed a variety of tasks during the event, and cleaned up after. Her professionalism was apparent. She moved seamlessly form task to task without direction. I actually almost felt like a guest at the party I hosted.

Michelle responded to my call very promptly & came to my home for an estimate & we booked a day for her to return. I had company coming, cooking & a long to do list. She was GREAT!! Brought her own cleaning supplies & very professional. I have already booked her for the holidays.

Michelle is a treasure! I have had many services from franchised cleaners to independent contractors. She is, by far, the best. She does more than scrub floors, dust sweep, etc. Michelle looks for "grunge" and eliminates it! Michelle uses "green" products. I appreciate this.
