Excellent - we weren't even told we needed a new system like a bigger name Hvac business prepped me for when I called to get an appointment. I appreciate Ducks honesty in repairing what can be repaired rather than just trying to sell me a new system. In our case, the system just needed to be cleaned and the freon level adjusted. Scott has my trust - the bigger names, not so much.
