I was 100% satisfied with the work. This was not a museum piece restoration but a renewal of a nice piece of period furniture to working and usable condition. Broken leg and split desk top were invisibly repaired. The badly oxidized fancy beveled glass mirror restored to like-new appearance. The final finish was a lacquer (because there was no polyurethane in 1890). The owner does the work and is very particular about keeping everything as close to original as possible. The piece was done over 3 months but It had sat 10 years taking up space and not being useful in its original condition, so what's 3 months more?
