Accurate Appliance Service

Service from repair man was great.  Service from LG was horrible!

As consumer had way too many phone calls to non English speaking customer service people that were just talking heads.

Washer tells own problem, total of 8 to 10 calls to LG and took 3 months to fix. 

Purchased 5 LG products--What a mistake- Now have to live with them.

DON'T BUY LG PRODUCTS-----SERVICE IS TOO BAD TO PUT INTO WORDS!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful service technician. Very help and honest. Told me bluntly that it wasn't worth the fix to my refrigerator. Will use them again in the future.

the repair individual was here promptly when he said he would be. He was very courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it for us. He completely cleaned up any messes, water spills etc, was very courteous having to remove all the food from the refrigerator to put it back as taken out. he spent quite a bit of time on this repair so i felt the cost was reasonable. We had recently moved into this house so the refrigerator was new to me and he answered a lot of my questions about this appliance.

My home appliance warranty service sent this company out to repair my 15-year-old washer. As I expected, he didn't have the replacement part on his truck, but said he would order it that day (Tuesday), the soonest he could expect it to be in was late Thursday, he was working in another part of the state Friday but he'd be out the first of the following week. (This is normal for our rural community). Wednesday night after business hours he called the house, said the part had already come in, and could he come by between 8 and 10 am the next day to make the repair? Then while he was here, he noticed something on the dryer that might void the warranty and pointed it out to me (an easy fix my husband could make).
