Very professional and hard worker, Will snaked out my drains and pulled out lots of tree roots and fixed the broken one. He stayed here till the job was finished very reasonable as I'm on a fixed income He will be my go to plumber.

the only problem i had was a time thing. maybe he was really busy, i don't know, but he had trouble with appointments. the work was good and i've had no problems since. once he started the job, he stayed to finish. i recommend shaw's plumbing.

William was very good at explaining what was going on, what was needed, and why. His equipment was effective, e.g. the camera used was clear & it was easy to see the roots & blockages that had been causing the problem. He clearly had experience in the field. He has learned the trade from his extended family, and his pride & integrity in his work shows.

He didn't always get here quite when he was expected, but the work was excellent. Most important, he was honest and fair. I never felt like he was trying to be slick or take advantage of the situation. He and the guys working with him were well-behaved and gentlemanly at all times.
