The work did not meet our expectations. Let me start with the end of the project first. On the way out of the driveway they destroyed my wife's hand-painted flowerbed. Literally destroyed it! It can't be bent back into shape and repainted. Destroyed! They didn't stop, fess up to it, apologize, or try to make amends in any way. They just realigned their truck and left. They got their truck stuck in the backyard. It could not get up the hill pulling the chipper. After several tries and leaving some lovely ruts in the lawn they ended up driving on the neighbor's lawn to get out, luckily missing the neighbor's truck and our arborvitae. They didn't ask permission from the neighbor or us, they just did it. Very unprofessional. On the other side of the property they left large chunks of tree on our other neighbors lawn. What professional tree service does that? They didn't cut all the tree limbs downed to less than 18" length as requested. The longer pieces won't fit in our wood burner. That leaves me to recut them. One small 30 ft. tree they didn't even attempt to cut to length. This is other than the large limb from another tree which we requested they leave whole. Besides the truck tire ruts all over they left large divots where the tree limbs fell. Not unexpected but wouldn't they at least attempt to adjust the soil to eliminate the biggest ankle twisters? They left saw dust and wood chips all over the retaining wall. I didn't mind that they chipped from one side of the wall over to the back 40 because they couldn't maneuver the chipper around the wall but leaving the wall a mess just seems a lack of attention to detail and unprofessional. They left quite a lot of smaller limbs scattered around the yard rather than chipped or at least piled strategically. On the other hand, they didn't bring down the power lines or phone lines or hit the neighbor's house, and no body got hurt. So I guess that's a plus. The young man who went up the tree was quite good, very agile and worked safely.

did a ok job on the trees but promised to remove a small stump for free but never came back. would not hire again
