The Antenna Men

Live in Northern Indiana close to the Michigan border and contacted them to see if they would install an antenna tower. Received assistance but then was met with resistance when they said I would not receive additional benefit from the antenna system I wanted. Then, suddenly they said they wouldn’t service me because I was outside their service area. It isn’t about getting more stations but rather having more stable reception from the stations I can receive with a stronger antenna. Try giving the customer what they want. No business for you; so, your loss!

I was very pleased that Antenna Men could install an antenna with rather difficult requirements in a wooded area. They were very prompt for both the quote and the installation, and the antenna is very sleek looking! Now I can receive the local channels plus some more distant ones/1

I'm trying to cut the cable cord so I called Antenna Men to install a high powered antenna on the roof. So far it works great. They also were helpful in suggesting a DVR that worked with the antenna.

They went over and above more than what I had called them out to do. They're isn't very many antenna companies available and they had good ratings. They came out as promised, when promised.

After losing several television channels, I decided to call the Antenna Men for help. Mike answered the phone and patiently listened while I described my problem; he told me that it sounded like a lack of power. I was surprised because I didn’t know my antenna required power. He described what I needed to do, and while he waited on the phone, I checked the connection. Mike was 100% correct. As soon as I reconnected the power, the television began working properly. I am glad that Mike did not take advantage of my ignorance. He talked me through the problem and helped me resolve it. I am grateful for his kindness and honesty.

They were punctual and pleasant. They were everything you want them to be. Also, they were respectful on my property. They didn't step on my bushes. They were very nice people! I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We now have excellent reception. Expected to have to purchase a new antenna. Pleasant folks to deal with.

They did a good job considering I switched the job on them and had them wire rooms with a finished basement. Two guys were here and I was just running around chasing girls, but they worked with me and answered my questions. It took about 1.5 hours.

Did a very good job. Gave me an larger antenna for better reception. A little more expensive than I expected but they worked with me to keep under my budget prior to the job. They are flexible with working with you. Would not hesitate to use again.
