Kyle did some electrical work for our kitchen remodel as part of a larger kitchen upgrade. Kyle seems like a nice guy but he made so many mistakes it really held up the kitchen remodel and it ended up taking weeks longer. Outlets were put in the wrong place. The wrong switch plates were installed. The biggest problem is that Kyle was so busy we could not get him back to finish/correct the work for days and weeks on end. In the end we had a non-functioning kitchen for 3 months. I think Kyle is a decent electrician but doesn't take the time to do the job right. Always in a rush. In the end it all got done but it was like pulling teeth.

Great service, Kyle and his team were very professional. Even in the face on unexpected challenges they kept a great attitude. Always on time. Extremely keen to detail and very willing to adapt to customer's needs.

First and foremost, Kyle made accommodations for my schedule, and didn't take advantage of my rush situation. He provided me with some knowledge of what was happening and what work was going to be completed. His cost was more than fair and his co-worker was polite as well. Kyle was prompt, efficient, and thorough. After this interaction with Kyle, I know that I now have an electrician that I can count on, trust, and call again.

professionalism and customer service in installing the transfer switch for
powering my household from an emergency generator.
Kyle is a true professional and has a high degree of
knowledge and experience, was always timely, and always had my safety and
satisfaction as his priorities.  He came out for an initial consultation
to determine exactly what was needed to safely and effectively set up my house
with the right transfer switch.  On the follow up appointment for the
installation, Kyle completed the job with great attention to detail and
determined the best location for the switch and generator.  Kyle explained
each step of the way so I understood the necessity for a professional
installation which was up to code.  Some people do an amateur job
themselves of patching wiring together for a generator; this poses a safety
risk to their families, their homes, and to nearby line workers.  This job
should be performed by a licensed professional electrician.
Kyle went above and beyond what I was expecting.  Kyle
likes to have his clients start their generators while he is there so he can
walk them through the steps of safely and effectively switching the house over
to generator power, to make certain they are comfortable with their abilities
to do this in the middle of a power outage.  I had not yet unboxed my
generator, and when I got it out Kyle immediately noticed the unit was not
suitable for powering my house.  I
contacted the manufacturer.  Kyle spoke with the representative on my
behalf to make sure they would give me credit on the return and that the replacement
generator I ordered was the appropriate unit for my needs.  When my
replacement generator arrived a couple weeks later, Kyle was willing to come
out on his own time to make certain I was able to hook up the unit and switch
the house over to generator power safely and confidently.
I'll use Kyle and Mack Electric for my
future needs.  I highly recommend Kyle's services, particularly if you are
planning on the purchase of an emergency generator.  Kyle recommends that
his clients contact him prior to purchasing the generator so he can make an
appropriate recommendation for their needs.

Some of Mack's electric employees were surly and difficult to work with. The new electric wall outlets they were to install were not new but had been removed from a previous job. They did not hook up the ground wire to any plug. Another contractor on the job pointed this out or I would have never known. They left the project without completing all of the requested wiring.

Kyle and crew did an amazing job with our upgrade. Not only did they do a great job with the install they also did a great job with the clean-up! Unless you knew the work was getting done you would have never known they had been there. Will use again and pass his name along to anyone looking for electrical work.

I arranged a tentative repair date with Kyle (owner of Mack Electrical) but due to the bad weather we needed to postpone it a couple of times. This was not an issue because he always answered his phone or quickly called me back so we both always knew what was going on. On the actual day of the repair he arrived on time, quickly got the needed parts and did a quality job on the repair. Before he began, he had me contact the power company and schedule them to reconnect the power after Kyle finished the repair. Total time without power was only about 3 hours.

I feel Mack Electrical did an outstanding job based on: 1) They kept me informed on what was happening, 2) They arrived on time 3) They were prepared with the needed parts 4) They did quality work (confirmed by the power company who inspected the installation) 5) they charged a reasonable price. I plan to use them again if I need an electrical contractor.

These guys did a GREAT job, on short notice, and for an incredibly reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician. The came out to our house within an hour of our call , the day after an ice storm, and were able to fix out problem in record time.

Kyle did a great job and was very reasonable with pricing. Fixed my botched wire job, wired a temporary switch and came back with the right dimmer replacement and wired that. Very pleasant and professional. He is this family's new electrician!

Kyle came out to install a used hot tub, which he said wasn't his favorite thing to do. He came out for an estimate promptly after I called and was very flexible in scheduling it, which was sooner than anyone else. For being a master electrician, he was very reasonably priced. I called more than 5 other companies over the course of 3 weeks and everybody was busy, or the job was too small. While Mack Electric handles much larger jobs too, and are pretty busy, they fit me in, which I appreciate.
They helped run the wire, install my GFI breaker box, and attach it to the circuit inside my house. He mentioned that sometimes things don't always work right with the used hot tubs, hence his hesitation for installing it. I couldn't test it because I didn't have water in it. After filling it later that day, I turned it on and it didn't work. Kyle said he'd come out the next morning, on a Saturday, which he has off, and look at it. After looking at it for a couple hours he got it running.
Mack Electric went above and beyond my expectations, were prompt, and very patient with my situation. I cannot say enough good things about them. Even though my job wasn't big, and he had other larger projects going on, on a commercial level, he finished my project with a happy customer.

I am very impressed with Kyle Mack's work. Kyle was responsive, flexible, professional, personable, and easy to work with. He charged what he said he would charge even though the job presented some unanticipated challenges. Kyle coordinated with my furnace and mechanicals installer to make the job very efficient and convenient to me, the homeowner. Because of an unexpected glitch with the area where the new furnace and a/c were to be installed, Kyle was unable to do the project at the scheduled time. He was very flexible and coordinated flawlessly with the furnace installer, and both were here on an 85 degree Saturday to make sure the a/c was installed and working during a hot spell. I have a 1920 house which poses its own set of issues, which Kyle was able to navigate and produce excellent results. He went out of his way to fix unanticipated issues so that the end product met his high standard of quality. Kyle strives to do and does an excellent job. I would definitely use him again for electrical work.

Well coordinated effort, he was here for all scheduled appointments: estimate and the actual job. Promptly replied to calls and e-mails. Coordinating job with me and advising me what I needed and the best way to do it was very helpful and informative. Little disruption on day of work, kyle had a crew of three(including himself) work was all done that day, highly recommend/ great value

He was extremely professional and very reasonably priced. I actually felt like he wasn't charging enough. He worked very efficiently. I will use him again in the future. There is not one bad thing I can say about him. He gets top marks all across the board from me. I wouldn't use anybody else for my electrical needs.
