Bella's Salon

I have never had such a bad experience in a hair salon.  I decided to try this salon because it was picked as a people's choice award in the local newspaper.  The competition must have been rigged, because red flags were waving in front of my face from the beginning.  When I arrived at the salon, I was ignored.  No one even asked if I had an appointment or if they could help me.  I waited for fifteen minutes past my appointment time, and should have walked out when I saw the signs prominently displayed stating that there would be no refunds on haircuts.  I finally went up to the desk and it turned out my appointment was with the woman sitting at the desk, who acted annoyed that I made her get up.  She was very rough throughout the shampoo and haircut and scalped six inches off the back of my head.  My hair is so short it will take months to grow out, and my hair grows fast.  Plus the cut was completely chopped and uneven; I will have to go to another salon somewhere to get it straightened out, but that will mean it will be even shorter.  She didn't even try to style it and then tried to cover up by using a flat iron on it.  Save yourself a lot of grief and DO NOT GO HERE.
