STEVE'S SEAMLESS GUTTERS

Very unethical and unprofessional. Two red flags. 1. The downspout was not extended far enough away from the house. He said he would come back and fix it if it wasn't working properly. 2. Four days later a five foot pice of metal gutter cover fell four feet away from me. Very lucky that it didn't fall on someone's head. I called Steve and he came out and said that it was an extra piece he forgot on top of the roof. I asked him to just check the rest of the roof to make sure everything was ok for safety's sake. He did, but seemed very angry that I asked him to do that. I politely asked for the down spout to be extended a bit longer so it drains to the driveway and not into the soil right beside the house. It would have been a quick, easy fix for him. He drove off. I thought he'd forgot so I called him. His wife answered and said she'd call him and call me back. They didn't call me back. I called again and left a message. Now, they are not answering my calls.

The job went very well. They arrived on time, worked steadily, cleaned up, and the gutters look great. Good Value! And nice people!

Not good his wood repair was bad, he used a very bad piece of wood and we had to buy him new one our self in order to replace it. He did a very bad patching job he took extra money for changing the color

Steve did exactly what was promised. No problems.

It went well. Steve responded the same day, and was able to come out the next week. He did what he said he would do, when promised. I would hire him again.

He arrived very promptly as promised and did a perfect job! He is very on top of things and a great guy to work with. I am very happy with the services and highly recommend him. A's yes will hire again ,

rescheduled several times which was ok. Poor response. Did not install splash gutter guards in 3 valleys. Said he would be out in 2 days to complete. It's been about 3 weeks and no show. I have called him twice and also texted him to remind. No show.

I have had Steve do my last few houses for me and they have turned out great. I am picky and his work has always been as scheduled, a good price and installed properly as asked even though I was not home at time of install. I will defiantly use him again when I get another house. They are a busy crew so you will probably have to leave a message when contacting him but he will contact you usually that evening so don't think he is blowing you off he's just busy.

The two men were at my home for a half hour. I have never had anyone clean the gutters that fast. I asked if they had rinsed out the gutters with the hose and they said it was not necessary. I did not get up on the ladder to check that out. Everything in the front of the house looked OK. I paid him and away they went. I went to the back of the house to look around. I had provided them with paper yard bags to put the gutter debris in. There were only two partially filled bags. Usually more are needed. I thought that was odd as I have many silver maples and there are always massive amounts of helicopter seeds everywhere, esp. in the gutters. Then I noticed that they had just thrown all the stuff from the gutters in the back on the ground and left it there. I was livid! It was a big ugly mess! Over the next two weeks I called Steve at least twenty times and he never picked up the phone or returned my call, even though I left messages for him to do so. I did not mention on the message why I was calling, but I am sure he knew why and that is why he didn't call back. I eventually had to hire someone else to clean up the mess. I am very unhappy with his arrogant attitude and failure to perform the job in a reasonable manner. I am a senior citizen and I treated them with respect but they did not do the same for me.

Steve was polite and offered good suggestions how to achieve proper gutter pitch and drainage runoff. He gave a good price in his estimate and did not require a deposit to schedule the service. Missed his first two scheduled appointments (1st) due to weather & (2nd)for personal reasons. Not exactly the best about notifying the customer, I made the initial calls after each missed appointment with Steve returning my calls within 24 hrs. Not with standing the work was completed within 14 days of the initial estimate and done to my satisfaction.
