Honestly, Scott's service and attention to detail is the best. The company we used PRIOR to Hunter that was supposed to specialize in carpenter ant control charged twice as much and we got zero control. (Of course that may be because, without the technician realizing it, I was watching him through the window and he sprayed around only one window in the back of my home. Apparently the girl he brought with him to my home must have been getting impatient waiting for him in the car. Yes! It's true!)
When Scott comes out to treat my home he takes his time and even treats under the railings and in between the spindles of my deck where wasps like to build nests. I never even asked him to do that! My kids were always afraid to sit on the deck because of all the wasps but now it's never an issue. Also, because we live on a small lake we always had problems with spiders. It used to be a nightly thing with my kids screaming about a spider in their bedroom. Not anymore! Although I still have carpenter ants outside I now rarely find one in the house and if I do it's usually dead or looks like it will be shortly!
When I call Hunter and leave a message to set up an appointment Scott always calls me back the same day. He's prompt, courteous, friendly and I trust him. He's one of the few people who's services I've continued to use year after year.

The owner Scott went around our home and found many places that could lead to rot and further insects. He even invited my husband up on the roof to show him the specific areas that needed to be taken care of. Fantastic service, VERY fair price!!

He came and gave us a est. 1/2 the price of the others. We were deciding to do that day or later on in the mo. He gave us no pressure and said coming back would be no problem what ever was best for us. He did his work quick and thoroughly .

He is very good. He is very reasonable. He is very friendly, very personable and very outgoing. He does every treatment we need done and makes sure we are satisfied. I would use them again in the future.
