Great service and quick response time. This is the 2nd time I have used Direct Plumbing (2 different problems) and I have been very satisfied both times. The problem was corrected and the workspace was left very clean. I would recommend them to my friends.

We started finding little leaks in the lines and Direct Plumbing came out, gave us a couple of options. We decided to go for the whole pipe replacement rather than the "band-aid" fix as the leaks appeared. They worked fast, efficient and were very friendly and professional and the price was great. We highly recommend them.

they restarted the water heater and tried to trouble shoot but it went out 10 minutes after they left.  When I called again they returned and found the real problem.  Should they have done it the first time?  Probably, but they did fix it correctly the second try. I wasn't upset and was just glad they returned so quickly and got the work completed.....

Arrived at approximately 9:30am and evaluated the situation and gave me price of which I agreed upon. Then they left at 9:55 a.m.go pick up the sink, faucet, pipes and returned about 10:50am. As the warehouse was not close by my home. They did the work and did good cleanup - leaving at about 11:25 am. Chris was one of the most friendly and congenial people- he even played with my dogs when he was done with the job. I would certainly use them again.

He did a really good job. He called and explained everything. He worked on it for like 2 hours. He even recommended someone to clean up after. It worked out really well. He was a great choice. Afterward he called me to explain everything more. I would highly recommend him

Chris and Ken arrived on time. They were dressed appropriately and neatly. They came in and went right to work explaining what had to be done. They were both very friendly and even played with my little dog who was following them around. They had to leave to pick up a part and returned promptly and finished up the job. They cleaned up after they were done and explained why I had the problem with my outside faucet. I was very impressed with them and asked them to look at another job that I needed to have done. Chris quoted me on the spot and told me to give the office a call and they could come out shortly I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
6/12/2013 I did call and have them come out to restore the water pressure to my front hose bib that was clogged with rust. Again they were prompt, congenial and efficient and did a good job. They worked quickly, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleasant experience with this company.

I had originally called them for an estimate before I started the project because I thought we might have to trench the basement to run a drain line. A plumber came out and looked at the job and suggested simply tying into an existing drain which was in close proximity to where the bar was being built. Once I knew how the plumbing would be configured, I started on the construction of the bar.
I called again when I was ready to install the pipes and bar sink. They set up an appointment, but had to postpone because they had a and quot;big joband quot; elsewhere. This wouldn't have been a problem except that we had already set a date for our grand opening of the bar and sent out invitations. They ended up installing the pipes and sink on a Tuesday, the week of the party, which was scheduled for Saturday. A little close since I had to install cabinets and counter tops.
We have copper plumbing in our home, so I assumed (my bad!) that they would be installing copper pipes to the bar sink. When I saw the plumber bring down red and blue PVC tubing, I asked about copper, and he said it would cost a lot more than the original estimate, and take more time. The lesson here is and quot;ask a lot of questions and be sure you know what materials and labor the estimate includes.and quot;
The plumber had to drill through the knee wall of my brand new bar to run the drain pipe. I knew this would have to be done, but I was apprehensive about it anyway. He took great care in getting the hole placed where I wanted it and didn't damage the bar anymore than was necessary. Although there were a few surprises and things I might have done differently, overall, they were professional and did a nice job.

The technicians were friendly and professional. They were able to fix the problem right away. The pricing was fair and I was pleased that they were able to come out right away. A+++

Urgent situation with water coming out of basement toilet when first-floor toilet was flushed or bathtub drained. Direct Plumbing showed up in an hour, and diagnosed and remediated problem.

Very pleasant experience. Went to work immediately and finished within an hour. Talk to me afterwards and showed me the part that was replaced. Made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Offered further assistance whenever I would need him. He will definitely become our new plumber. Highly recommended.

He responds quickly, he is honest and is very nice. He knows what he is doing and I feel that he hasn't tried to sell me things that I don't need. I have recommended him to many people.

I received an immediate call-back. They came out that day, told me what they would do to fix my constant-running and leaking toilet. Got right to work; installed new inner workings of the toilet and installed a shut-off valve. Cleaned the toilet and the rest of the bathroom.

Smoothly and without any problems. The plumber that Direct Plumbing sent was friendly, extremely knowledgeable (and kept us laughing the entire time). I would use them again in a heartbeat, and have them scheduled to contact me this spring for additional drainage work.

I was satisfied. He came on time, he stayed sometime and his price was ok. He explained things to me which I appreciated as well.

Chris was there at exactly the time we'd agreed on. He not only unclogged the toilet but changed the flapper and oiled the flusher which was sticking. As he was washing his hands he noticed the water pressure in the sink was very weak and proceeded to pull his wrench out and investigate the problem--he fixed that too and didn't charge me for it. Also, he was very friendly with my kitty--which always wins points with me! He gave me an estimate and some good advice about replacing my tub fixtures and I will be calling back this week to schedule the job.

They were good and were easy to use. They came out the same day I called them and fixed everything quickly. The tenants were happy with the work done and they have not called regarding any complaints. They charged us full amount only after they finished the work unlike other contractors who at least demand a deposit.

My Kitchen sink blocked up previous evening, in the morning I tried plunging it out to no avail- so I looked up a plumber on Angie's List , and contacted the one with the best record, and number of reports submitted. I called Mike Haggerty at Direct Plumbing and Drain at about 1:20PM, and they arrived about 2:20PM. Very prompt before they said they would be here. Chris was a very nice gentlemen even made friends with my dogs while here. I highly recommend them.
