When I first purchased a room full of livingroom furniture in 2004 and then decided I had one-too-many pieces for my room, Seymour cheerfully came and picked up the loveseat and gave me a full refund. A few weeks ago (Dec 2011) I called about a little problem with my Lane recliner. Even though I was several months past my 5-year warranty, they came cheerfully, picked it up, repaired it and returned it in short order...at no charge! Even though their prices are sometimes a bit higher than some other local competitors, the quality if better and you can always count on them to stand behind what they sell. It's well worth spending a litlle more as it likely saves you money in the long run! Thank-you so much to a top-notch staff!
