Herrick's bid was the lowest so the general contractor went with him (against my wishes). His bid was bare bones so I had to fight to get a better furnace, humidifier and hot water heater. He or his crew would come and do a little work than leave. Their work is satisfactory, enough to pass inspection but I didn't always trust what he had to say.
