Title Companies
They acted as any title company, i.e. they performed the services they are expected to. However, they made spelling mistakes (names, which is a real problem) in the documents we had to sign and they didn't communicate efficiently which resulted in paying one fee twice. Not only that, we detected that fee once we picked up the check for the sale (we were abroad when this happened), and that's when we realized about the duplicated payment. They are not good with details.
