Flooring
Poor quality work, especially the heat welding. Along the heat welded seam there are gouges and divits making the floor appear old. The original measurements taken by the company were wrong, when we ended up needing more material to cover the whole floor, they wanted us to pay for the mistake and extra material. The so called "compromise" was us paying for half of the extra flooring, but we did not make the mistake measuring. This also left us waiting an additional week for the rest of our floor to be installed. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone and the slow to respond.
